| CHAPTER TWENTY | The Question

ANGELIQUE'S POV

A - Kian I do need to ask you one question though

K - Yeah, what is it?

I pause for a bit, I know this question isn't a big deal but it would hurt me if he denies it.

K - hello? You still there?

A - Oh yeah sorry uhm..

K - So.. the question?

A - That's right. I just want to know something but you do have to be honest Kian. I'm not the person to play games with, okay?

K - Yes I understand, just ask already Angelique.

A - Do you still have feelings for me? After what happened.

K - Of course I do Angelique! What made you think that?

A - You basically avoided me Kian. And the look you gave me after I did it, killed me.

K - I was mad at that moment, not at you but at your actions. I didn't know what to think or do. I do like you Angelique, you're so fucking beautiful and an amazing person, nothing and no one could ever make me feel different towards you.

I blushed a lot and smiled to the point my cheeks hurt. I'm so glad he feels that way.

So much relief shivered through my body.

A - You're pretty amazing yourself

I giggle a little as my heart skips a beat on the thoughts of Kian running through my mind.

A - Well I'm going to go alright? I need to see if my mums nearly done with dinner.  I'm starving.

K - Okay, have a nice dinner

A - Wait up

K - Yeah ?

A - Come to Crystal's tomorrow? We're gonna chill at hers

K - I'd love to

He laughs a little

A - Bye byes

Beep

- -

I walk into the kitchen and see how my mum is going with dinner. It smells delicious.

"Hey mum, dinner smells awesome. What are we having?" I sit down on the stools near the counter and grab the magazines.

"Tacos, how many do you want? I'll put the shells on now"

"2 but put two extras just in case,  you know how much I love them" I flick through the Magazine to find the Home and Away spoilers. I love reading the spoilers, it makes me want to keep watching because I get so excited on when it's going to happen.

"Okay hun. Did you speak with Kian?" My mum asks as she places the taco shells in the oven.

"Yeah, we had a good talk." I smiled down as I thought about what he said about me.

"Well? What did he say?" My mum looks at me with curiosity.

"He was shocked about what Abigail did. That's all." I smile hiding the fact he still likes me, my mum is the type that goes all out.

"And that's all?" She raises one eyebrow and puts her hand on her waist.

"Yep" as I pop the p.

"If you say so darling" She laughs a little as she serves dinner.

"It's true mum" I smile and laugh with her.

"Yeah Yeah,  I believe you hunny.
Well grubs up."

After dinner I went to my bedroom. I decided to message Kian.
