Chapter 4

The next morning
As I walked into the school, a bunch of people stared at me and whispered. I assumed that they were just whispering since I was the new girl.

Later in class, Bailey and I sat together.
"So is the rumor true?" She whispered.
"What rumor?"
"That you stole Mikey away from Lilly?"
"What?!" I said a little to loudly.
"Is Lilly that hoe that was at my house having sex with Mikey?" I said.
"Oooouuu. So you're jealous?"
"Hell no I'm not jealous. She got upset that there was another girl living with him and left."
"Well try telling the whole school that. She posted on her Snapchat that you got jealous of her being with Mikey and dragged her by her hair out of your house."
"That's not at all what happened!"
"You should confront her."
"Trust me, I will!"

Later at lunch
I saw Lilly sitting with a group of girls and they were all laughing at something. I wanted to throat punch her but I kept my cool and continued to walk towards her.
"Hey man snatcher." One of her friend's said and then laughed.
"I didn't come here to talk to you." I said to the girl and rolled my eyes.
"Lilly. Why the hell did you make up that rumor?"
"What rumor?" She said sarcastically.
"Look. You and I both know that what you said is not true. So if you could tell everybody that the rumor is not true, I would so appreciate that."
"No."
"Fine. But you're gonna seriously regret your decision."
"I'm sure I won't."
I can't stand that hoe.

As soon as I got home from school, I immediately ran to Mikey's room.
"Mikey! I need you to tell everybody that I didn't steal you from Lilly!" I said and then sat on the edge of his bed.
"So you want me to do a favor for you?"
"Yes!"
"Ok I'll do it. IF you do something for me." He said.
"What?"
"I'm failing math and I heard that you're really good at math. I'll clear up the drama if you tutor me."
"Why would you want me of all people to tutor you? You hate me."
"Look. Do you want the gossip to end or not?"
Mikey and I shook hands on it.

Later that day, Mia helped me with my Italian.
"Now say, hello my name is Natalia."
"Ciao il mio nome è Natalia."
"Awesome! You're gonna be an Italian speaking women before you know it."
"I'm starving. Do you wanna make a pizza?"
"Heck yeah I do." I said.

Mia and I went live on Instagram while making the pizza. A bunch of people from school were watching.
"Is that the girl that stole Lilly's man?" One person asked.
"Nah. It's just a rumor." I said and then laughed.
"You're so pretty! Are you single?" One commenter said.
"You're the most gorgeous person I've ever seen." Another person commented in Italian.
"Thank you guys!" I said.
The next day at school, I received so much homework.
"Natalia. I'm gonna need your help with math." Mikey said and then sat on the end of the bed.
"I'm kind of busy." I said motioning towards all of the homework I had laying on my bed.
"Remember our agreement?"
"Uggghhhh. Fine."
I tried my best to help him with some problems, but he was struggling a lot.
It wasn't until a hour later that we finally finished his homework.
"My old tutor didn't take me this long." He said as he was leaving my room.
"Most people would say thank you!" I yelled at him.
"Thank you." He said sarcastically. It was really late at night which barely gave me any time to finish my own homework.
