Natalia's POV
Once we got back, we both changed into comfortable clothes and made pasta together for dinner.

Mikey had received a call from his mom and he put it on speaker.
"Hello." He said with a hesitant voice.
"Hi Mikey. I have some good and bad news."
We both looked at each other and took a deep breath.
"So Mia is fully conscious but is still very tired. The bad news is that we will probably have to spend Christmas in the hospital this year."
"Ok. Love you mama." He said.
"Love you too Mikey." She said and then hung up.

"That's awesome that Mia is fully conscious!" I said and then hugged him.
"Yeah. It just sucks that we're gonna be spending Christmas in a hospital."
"Yeah but if it mean Mias getting better then I'm all for it." I said.

After we finished making pasta, we decided to play some Fortnite.

"I'm gonna kick your ass." He said.
"Is that a threat or a promise?" I said and then laughed.
"You're disgusting."
"I already know that Mikey."

We continued to play until it was midnight and we were both fell asleep on the couch.

Christmas Day
Natalia's POV
"MERRY CHRISTMAS HOE!" I yelled as I jumped on to Mikey's bed.
"Natalia! It is 6 in the freaking morning!" He said with his groggy voice.
"I don't care! Now wake up baby boy!" I said and kissed his cheek.

I wore a red cropped sweater, skinny blue jeans and white vans. I did a little bit of makeup since it was a holiday.
His mom made this special breakfast with pancakes in the shape of reindeer with whip cream and berries.
"Merry Christmas gorgeous!" The mom said and then gave me a hug.
"Thank you Mrs. Barone. You too!"
"I know how hard it is to be away from your family for Christmas so I have a little surprise for you." She said and then put her hand over my eyes.
I opened my eyes to find a beautiful necklace that said "We miss you babygirl! - from your parents".
"Oh my gosh! I love it!" I said and then put it on.
"It was me and your parent's idea." She said and then smiled.

We had packed up all of the presents and drove to the hospital to go visit Mia.
It has been a little over a week since Natalia was admitted into the hospital and she has made a lot of headway since then.
She is now completely conscious and is able to hold conversations. They're going to keep her in the hospital for a couple more days though just to make sure that no surprises happen.

"Oh my gosh! Natalia, you look so beautiful." Mia said to me while hugging me.
This was my first time seeing her since the accident.
"Thanks girl! How do you feel?"
"Better then I was feeling a week ago." She said and then smirked.

We spent the morning opening presents from each other.
Mikey had gotten me a necklace, a painting set (I love art so much), and a box that said "open in private".
"Why do you want me to open it in private?" I whispered.
"Because it's not for everyone to see." He said and then licked his lips.
It took me a second to think of what he meant, then it clicked and I smirked at the thought.

The rest of our Christmas morning was a lot of fun and definitely the most memorable Christmas I think I've ever had.

Once we got back to the house, I went to my room and decided to open my present from Mikey.
The first thing I saw was a note that said "dear Natalia, I love you so much and I really hope to see you in these one day :)".
I put down the note and continued to open the present.
There was a set of PINK Christmas themed underwear and then there was another box that was wrapped up.
I opened to find a red and green butt plug.
"MIKEY!!!!" I yelled.
