3 weeks later Lucas and I have been together for almost a month. We've been getting in a lot of arguments over little things and I'm just about done with his crap. Mia and I are friends are again and Mikey still acts weird with me.
Friday at school I stopped to get a few things out of my locker and I saw Lucas walk towards me. "Hey Natalia." Lucas said and then pecked my lips. "Hey." I said. "What are you doing tonight?" "Uhm.... I think I'm busy." I said. I actually didn't have anything going on but I have been trying to avoid hanging out with him to keep us from arguing. "Oh, that sucks. I was going to invite you to my house party tonight." "I so wish I could come." I said and tried to sound genuine.
During homeroom, I decided to work on my science homework. As I tried to write my report for science, I kept on hearing a bunch of kids obnoxiously laughing in the background. I turned around to see Bailey and a few other popular kids laughing. "Can y'all please quiet down a little bit? Some of us are trying to do homework." I said in the nicest way possible. "We weren't even being loud." Bailey said and then rolled her eyes. "It doesn't matter if y'all think y'all were being loud or not. Can you guys just try to quiet down?" I said trying to remain nice. Bailey has started to hate my guts ( I don't know why), so I wasn't trying to start a big fuss with her. They were quiet for 30 seconds before whispering about something that involved my name and bursting out laughing agin. "Look! Y'all better shut up before I-" "Before you what?!" Bailey said and then stood up. "Are you mean to me because you're jealous that I have a boyfriend that loves me and you have to be act like a thot to get attention from guys?" I said. "Oooouuuuu." The whole class went. "I'm not jealous of you." She said with uncertainty in her voice. "Suuurrreee." I said and then sat back down. "I'm not!" "I soooo believe that." I said sarcastically and then started again with my homework.
She was quiet for the rest of home room.
Later after school. I walked inside of my bathroom to find Mikey brushing his hair as if he was about to go out. "Where are you going?" "None of your business." He said without eye contact. "I'll ask again. Where are you going?" I said started to take my contacts out. "I'm going to Lucas's party if you must know." "Wait! You are going to his party?" "Yeah. I would normally run from anything that involves Lucas but apparently the whole school is going to be at his party." "The whole school?" Mikey nodded his head. "I originally wasn't gonna go but I don't wanna be the only person not at his party." "Wait. Why would you skip out on your own boyfriends party?" Mikey said and then stopped brushing his hair. "Its a long story. So your saying that I should go?" "I couldn't care less." "Well I'll take that as a yes I should go." I said and then walked out of the bathroom. I was gonna surprise Lucas by showing up at his party. I put on a white crop top, jean shorts, and sandals and wore my curly hair down.

I walked into the living room to see Mikey on his phone. "Are you driving yourself?" I asked. "I'm -uhm woah." He said while looking at me. "What?" "You just look better then you normally do." "Uhm thanks?" I said and then laughed. "And yes I'm driving myself." "Not to invade your space or anything, but can I ride with you?" "Ugh." He said and then rolled his eyes. "We will leave in like 5 minutes." "Ok!"
At the party. Mikey was right when he said that everyone from school would be there. "Just text me when you're about to leave." I said to Mikey and then we both separated. I saw some girls who were in my math class. "Hey Natalia!" They all said simultaneously. "Hey guys! Have any of y'all seen Lucas?" "The last place I saw him was in his game room." I went up to his game room and didn't see him. I asked some other kids where they thought he was and they all said in his kitchen. I went down to his kitchen and didn't see him. I saw one of his best friends who had a red cup full of alcohol in his hand. "Wassup Natalia." He said slurring his words. "Hey. Have you seen Lucas?" "Yeah. He said he was going to his bedroom. He looked a little bit sad." "Oh ok." I hope Lucas is ok. I hope he isn't sad because he thought I was going to ditch his party. I went up to his bedroom and opened the door. I immediately saw Bailey without a top on making out with Lucas who was shirtless also. "WHAT THE HELL?!" I said. He looked like a deer in head lights. "Oh my gosh Natalia!" Lucas said and then pushed Bailey off of him. "Let me explain!" "Bye Lucas." I said and immediately ran to the bathroom.
