I'd like to start off by saying that this has been one of the most... intense writing experiences I've ever had, and I can't say I didn't love it. I wanted to write a story that was "different," and I'm not sure why I chose V-Hope as the ship, maybe because V-Hope is amazing, haha.
Listening to M83 has really helped my write this story and a few others, and I really have no idea why. Maybe it's because their music is so immersive, I'm not really sure.
I had the idea for this story since like, last year, but then I forgot about it somehow. And so recently, I found the draft for it again, read over it, and was like, wow this story has a bit of potential. So then I continued it, and made it what it is. (Though I feel it could be WAY better).
The hardest part about writing this was probably coming up with an ending, haha. That's something that's difficult for a lot of stories is finding a good ending, and how to put it into the perfect words. I feel like the ending for this story was alright, maybe I just wasn't as focused as I should've been.
Also, I absolutely HATE the fact that on the cover of this story, it says "You've already lost me," at the bottom because, long story short, I made that cover a year again when the plot for this story was different, and now that I've made a new plot it just doesn't go at all, haha. And I would change it, but I lost the original picture, soooo I kind of have to keep it *sigh*. Nonetheless, I kind of like the rest of the cover, haha.
