LuciferThe Book is missing because of my stupid son.
That should be the key of destroying all the angels and now my only hope on taking down the Heavenly Hosts are slowly fading away.
How come does God entrusted one of the most important treasure in all creation to a scatter brain kid?
That should be me, taking care of the Book of Secrets and Mysteries and yet Raziel, who is only a fledgling has taken all the credits.
I clenched my fists in fury, how could this be? I am the most intelligent creature ever created and yet my son surpassed me.
"Sir, your hand is bleeding." I glared at Hecate's worried form and she cowers away in fear.
I took my time to study her, that's right, she's a witch. She might have something up in her sleeve.
I smirked.
"Hecate, come closer." The witch reluctantly approach me and she stand just within arm's reach.
I growled. She almost want to run away. But I pulled her by the arm harshly and she squeaked in surprise.
"Witch, I know you have something inside that pretty little head of yours." I leaned down closer to her ear and whispered huskily "And I will grant you a reward for telling the truth to your King."
I saw how her pale face turned into red as tomato as she blushed deeply.
I grinned.
Perfect.
----Raziel
As soon as I opened my eyes, I frowned, I am standing in the middle of the fields of flowers.
More likely tulips and asters.
I rubbed my eyes to see if this is real or not, but the scenery stayed the same.
I just remembered I was sleeping in my room inside uncle Raphael's house.
Did I sleepwalk again?
"Raziel, turn around." There's someone who spoke behind me and I don't know why I am compelled to follow that mysterious voice again but I just do it anyway.
My eyes widened to see who is standing right in front of me.
His pale blue eyes same as uncle Michael's are staring back at my silver ones, a kind smile is spread across his face that made me smile too.
"God.. " I bowed formally.
He smiled and gesture for me to sit in a tea table with four chairs, I obeyed him quickly.
"How do you feel right now, Raziel?" He asked.
His voice is very kind but I can feel a power and authority behind it.
I smiled.
"I'm feeling fine now, God." I said as I took a sip from the tea cup.
He nod.
I am nervous if he will gonna ask about the book, since I have a small recollection from the first time he talked to me inside a dream when I was a kid.
Oh crap. This is inside a dream. I knew it.
He chuckled.
"You're a very smart boy, Raziel. Just like your mother and father."
"Thank you, sir."
I bite my tongue to protest that I am not smart as my bitch bastard father but I am not going to be disrespectful in front of the Father of all angels.
"I know you hate your father, but always remember this, where there is hate, there is always love."
I frown "It doesn't make sense to me. Why will there be hate if there is love?"
He took a sip from the tea cup "Because one cannot exist without the other. Just like light and darkness." He pats my shoulder "You will understand soon in the middle of challenges, okay? Be patient."
I nod obediently.
"I know the Book is missing." I swallowed thickly. Here it goes.
"That's where the challenge will start Raziel, I'm going to give this to you as a mission."
"What is it, sir?" I asked eagerly.
Half of it is curiosity. I wonder what is it.
"Find the four missing mysteries and the Key of the Book. You can't open it without the Key."
I nod again. I remember what the Key looks like but I don't know where to start to find it.
Crappity crap.
"You can easily find the Book but the mysteries and Key will never be easy."
I am lowkey panicking as the entire space starts to shake like an earthquake and God's figure is starting to fade.
"Tell me, please, where to find them and where to start?"
He gave me one last smile.
"The Book is already very close to you, but the other two will be very difficult to find. I can't assure you it will be easy but have faith, you have my grace."
And that where the dream ends when the entire place fades.
---I woke up inside my bedroom, lying in my bed, sweaty and panting.
I checked the clock beside me and it says it is already past noon.
I sit upright looking so bedraggled, that's when I saw a note in the bedside table.
I took it and read what it says 'Hadraniel wants to meet you in the Gates of Gabriel -I.R.'
I rub my eyes to see if I was right, I got confused, what does he need from me?
