Raziel"According to some reports, Lady Karielle, you acquired a new slaves from the auction last month from Sydney, Australia." Lord Phoenix Midford, the vampire Lord of London said to Lady Karielle who is drinking a bloodwine.
She nodded shortly "Yes, I am. You know I love expanding my slavery trade in Paris." Then a cruel smirk plastered in her scarlet lips.
I shuddered at the thought of seeing somebody being sold to these vicious creatures, how insane fate can be if you are destined to be their bloodbags for the rest of your short life.
Then I remember, I am half vampire and half demon, but being born as an Archangel, what a life.
I saw how uncle Gabriel's trying not to lash out infront of the vampire lords. Slavery is a big NO to the Heavenly laws, but there is a huge difference since both races are tied into their own laws.
It is so wrong if we meddle with their business, but come to think of it, maybe I could talk some sense to them?
"I---"
Lady Celes Nabokov, the Lord of Vladivostok Russia glances at me boredly "Silence, half breed, your opinion's not important here." And that, I shut my mouth. I don't want to provoke this vampires any further, I'm pretty scared of them.
"Raziel has the right to talk about his opinions, he is the son of the Queen." Uncle Gabriel said through gritted teeth.
I pat him on the back "Calm down, uncle." I added "I don't need to voice out my opinions anyways, it's in the laws."
"The mix breed is right, angel, he got some brains huh." Karielle said nonchalantly that sent uncle Gabriel much angrier this time, I can even see his wings bristling in rage.
He really look like he wanted to charge towards Karielle and wring her pretty neck to oblivion.
But Karielle seems not to care and she even mustered a taunting smirk at uncle Gabe, but of course, knowing uncle, something bad is going to happen soon.
He glared at her "Have some respect to Raz, bloodsucker. He might be your King once Ira choose to retire."
Karielle shrugged "I don't think so, Lady Irisviel is the one fit to be our leader than to see someone who has your blood reigning over us." The other vampire lords fake a cough just to stop themselves from laughing.
I honestly feel offended, now I can see how these "people" thinks that I am not capable of leading them.
A disgrace to their supreme race.
Uncle Gabe stand up roughly as he slammed his fists against the table "I won't let you insult my nephew anymore!" He roared.
But Karielle just inspect her ruby red nails boredly "Yeah, whatever you say, as if we would gonna accept someone who is a devil's son."
She strucked a nerve there, but I choose to be quiet over it. I don't ever want to provoke a vampire Lord. They are all extremely powerful and merciless, it would be just a child's play to them for killing me.
But of course, uncle Gabriel is different, he wouldn't give up without a fight.
Then he smirked at her "At least we don't lay with humans and create lots of Dhampirs that ends up with either slaves or bloodbags."
But Karielle just chuckled as she look at him straight in the eyes "And at least we don't sleep with our enemies and bore a child who is almost unacceptable everywhere." Her cruel eyes glanced at Nuriel's direction and Nuriel seems accepted her words.
