Raziel

The guy with the mole earlier was being forced to leave by aunt Aristelle, I don't know why I feel there is something different from that guy.

Hell, who could even match against an Archangel? Plus, one of the Bene Elohim.

We are now sitting in the conference table of mom, Nuriel is sitting beside me and uncle Gabriel is in my left side.

Uncle Raphael is trying to convince mom that he didn't cheat on him, however, mom's trust issues is back.

This time, it is much fueled by what aunt Haniel said to her, that's what she say.

"Ira, darling, please, believe me. I am not even here that time, I was with the kids and Gabe in Heaven." He said, exasparatedly.

Bedivere didn't even get the chance to heal him properly from his wounds and bruises just for mom.

I guess he truly love her eh?

Mom doesn't respond, she is looking in another way, with a blank look in her face.

Nuriel lean slightly on me, then he whispered in my ear "I like Ira for dad, but, I can't blame her for something like this."

I frowned a little "You mean you're not even trusting your own father that much?"

Nuriel shrugged nonchalantly "You could say that." I shake my head in disbelief, what the hell is wrong with this people?

I heard mom sighed "Go back to Heaven, Raphael, you're wasting your time here." She said as she stand up but uncle Raphael block her with his own height.

I am stiffling myself to laugh, I love their height difference, but never underestimate small people, they are much feistier than the tall ones.

Mom's silver eyes narrowed into slits "Get out of my way, Raphael."

Uncle Raph's jaw hardened "No. I will not leave until you forgive me."

Mom's eyebrows furrowed together "Raphael, I warn you." But it seems uncle Raphael doesn't have the intention to step out of the way.

When Mom was about to walk past him but he grabbed her arm firmly, both of them are staring at each other.

Uncle Raphael sighed "Haniel told you that if I did it once to her, there is a possible that I'll do it again to you isn't?"

Mom nodded stiffly, then she smirked "How could I ever trust a guy who cheated once to his ex lover with a lowly creature? Hmm? What's the chance that you wouldn't do it again?"

Uncle Raphael seems to be a little taken aback, but he regained his composure "Because I learned from my mistakes and I want to be worthy of your love." He said, softly as he tuck a stray strand on mom's ear.

Uncle Gabriel clears his throat "Just kiss and make up already." Nuriel and I nudges each other playfully.

But mom slapped his hand away, still looking cold and stiff "Prove yourself, Archangel or worse, I'll call this engagement off." Those were her last words before she walk out of the room, with uncle Raph still following her.

Uncle Gabe sighed "Never thought Ira would be this kind of woman, she is not easy to break."

I murmured "Because she have been through alot---"

"----and have been wounded and betrayed all over again and again that she lose trust to everyone." We both turned our heads to the door, Bedivere just walked in, carrying a small vial with a dark purple powder inside.
