i was with butch as we walked in the woods by my home. there was a white blanket covering the ground and i smiled as snowflakes softly landed in my h/c hair that was showing for out of my hat. butch and i were holding hands in the winter wonderland i started humming to some songs in my head.
"what are you singing?" he asked.
i giggle and start singing "i really can't stay"
he smiled too and sang with me "but baby it's cold outside."
we start singing and we see something run in front of us. i jump back from shock as butch kneels down ad starts clicking his tongue. the thing comes up and we see a baby white fox. i aww as butch picks him up.
"hey there" he says calmly petting the fox. i step closer and the fox stares at me. i smile and giggle waving.
"you're so cute" i say and butch hands him to me. "butch can we keep him?" i ask. he chuckles and nods.
"only if your mom's okay with it"
"she doesn't have to know i mean if we fence in some of this not a lot of it though we can keep him there and she won't have to deal with him. what should we name the little guy?"
"how about ginger?"
"i love it!" i squeal as butch chuckles more hugging me. we have a fur baby!
ginger barks and i giggle running home.
