the next day butch and i wanted to do something summer related other then skateboard. we decided to go to the beach! we invite practically everyone and get ready. i grab my mesh beach bag and put in two towels for butch and i. i put in some pb and js and some water and pop along with some sunscreen, ham and cheese sandwiches and chips and finally a blanket to lay on. i grab my sunglasses and change in my bedroom into my harley quinn swimsuit from hot topic. mom and i had compromised and decided on it together.
butch changed in the bathroom to plain green shorts and we're off. the others are meeting us there but to be honest i think butch took the longest for just changing. i was done packing and changing in 15 minutes he took 20 to change. talk about long, i guess he was self conscious or something.
"i love this idea" i say while we drive to the beach.
"i do too it's so nice to swim and just relax."
"no kidding especially with my new bruise i don't want to skate for at least a couple of days." i say looking down to my knee that has a new bruise from one of our skate offs where i fell and got a bad bruise. we get to the beach and walk over to the others.
"hey" brick said while bubbles giggled when seeing us.
"what's so funny bubs?" i asked.
"you guys are like the joker and harley quinn" she squealed and i laughed slightly while butch chuckled.
"i guess we are but not abusive." butch replied and headed for the water. i set one of the blanket down and put the stuff down.
"you sure packed" blossom remarked seeing everything.
"i come to the beach a lot, i know what to bring."

she nods smiling and heads in with bc and bubs along with the others. i stay out for a little and enjoy the peace.
after around 1/2 an hour butch comes out. "aren't you coming in?" he asked
"not now."
"come on" he said picking me up bridal style while i laugh trying to get down but his strong grip wouldn't let me. he headed for the water and i continued to struggle. butch chuckled walking in and throws me farther into the water.
i laugh swimming up and kissing him while he kissed back. "love you" i said
"love you too"
i go underwater and swim with him following. we played chase but i was always faster than him. ;).

i come up above the water to breathe and then tackled by brick?
"oh sorry thought you were blossom." he said backing up. "know where she is by chance?"
"she went back to the blanket to rest." i said and swam off. today is so fun
