me and butch are dating now yay okay so yeah i like but don't know him that well. okay so that's kinda a lie, i know him enough. i know he likes skateboarding his favourite video game is call of duty his favourite snack is almonds shockingly drink is mnt. dew kickstart and he HATES shipping. thus he's not super close with bubbles.we got up and he went to the bathroom to change while i changed in my room. he comes back in and we tell my mom that we're going to his place. she agrees and off we go.
"so what's the plan on telling everyone we're now dating?" i ask butch as we skated to his place.
"we'll tell buttercup first then we'll ask her for advice on how to tell the others" he explained and i nodded.
when we arrived we walked in and butch pulled buttercup to the bedroom with me following.
"hey bc me and y/n are now dating and need advice on how to tell the others, we decided to ask you because you've dated mitch before." butch explained. buttercup nodded and smiled.
"i'm happy for you two though my relationship with mith failed," she said through gritted teeth, "i hope the best for yours."
"so how do we tell your guys's siblings and my mom?" i ask
"well from what i heard your mom will like you getting a boyfriend as long as he treats you right, tell straight out." bc said. "explain that you two love each other, she'll understand." we nodded and smiled. "as for the rest of everyone just tell em they won't care really other than congratulate you guys, but keep it from bubs, she'll freak out." we nodded once more and hugged bc.
"thanks." i said genuinely. we head downstairs and buttercup calls bubbles up so she doesn't find out.
"what is it?" brick asked.
"well we're now officially dating." butch said as we held hands i smiled and so did everyone else.
"about time" brick replied and butch blushed as i giggled.
"congrats" blossom said as boomer gave butch a high five.
time to tell mom, good luck to us.
