"Y/N, hurry up we're going to be late," I whined from the hall outside of the bedroom. As always Y/N was taking forever but I loved her and I could wait a few extra minutes and be late. "Kitten, no matter how many outfits you try on you'll still be perfect to me." I bargain walking into the room seeing her once again change her outfit for the fourth time.
"Mikey I just want to look good, its Luke and Y/B/F/N annual Christmas party. You know how they are, they go over the top and its such a formal event I don't want to be the odd one out." She cries
"Well, you can be my odd one out Kitten, listen you look absolutely amazing in that dress so please?"
"Ok fine I guess but if someone says something bad about how I look we're leaving." She states her eyes wide with seriousness.
"As you wish Kitten."

*at the party*
"Oh my gosh Y/N you look fantastic in that dress!" Lukes wife Y/B/F/N bellows running up to you both as soon as you enter the party. Out of the corner of my eye, I see Y/N blush at the compliment.
As soon as Y/B/F/N is gone I pull Y/N close and whisper in her ear "I told you, you look perfect in anything." a smirk playing on my lips
"Oh hush," she laughs playfully hitting my arm.
throughout the whole night, people kept coming up to talk to us and complimenting Y/N on her dress each time making her blush. She looked so happy.
"I'm glad you made me wear this dress." she whispers in my ear "Maybe when we get home we can have some fun," she hints with a suggestive tone.
"Umm, I like the sound of that Kitten."
"Then take me home,"
I quickly announce the group of people around that Y/N was getting tired and that we should be heading home before taking her hand and leading her to the door. I'd be lying if I wasn't excited for what was about to happen at home.
