Chapter 19

-two years later-
I stood outside the newly constructed Hall of Justice. I was becoming a member of the Justice league along with Artemis, Connor and M'gann.

Clark spoke about why the League was formed. I kept my hood up during the ceremony. Clark went over to Connor and shook his hand as he gave him his membership.

"You earned it brother." Clark said.

J'hnn came over to M'gann and shook her hand as he gave her her card. Ollie and Dinah came over and Dinah gave me my membership card. Ollie shook my hand and Dinah hugged me.

"Thank you, for giving me this opportunity," I smiled.

Ollie then gave Artemis her membership card.

The ceremony concluded and we went inside the Hall of Justice. I hadn't been inside since it was destroyed. We went inside and Dick appeared behind me.

"Welcome to the team." He said as he pulled my hood off.

"Thank you," I said as I turned around. I put the card in my utility belt and Dick hugged me.

"This is a pretty eventful week for you, isn't it." He said as he put his arm around me.

"It is, you are coming to my graduation?" I asked.

"You know it, I wouldn't miss it for the world." He said.

We followed the league members into the library for a reception. We chatted and talked about different things going on. Clark came over to me.

"Did Perry call you back on the internship?" He asked.

"He did, he called me back right before the ceremony. I start my internship on May 18th." I said.

"Well I Look forward to working with you, both with the league and at the Daily Planet." He said.

After the reception Ollie, Dinah, And I went back to Star City.

"There she is, the newest League member." Felicity said as she came over and hugged me.

"Congratulations," she said.

"Thank you," I Smiled.

"Oliver Please tell me We are celebrating tonight," Thea said.

"Oh we are," he said as he put his arm around me. "We will celebrate her joining the Leauge and her graduating all tonight."

We all changed into street cloths and I texted Dick to invite him to the dinner. I went back to the main part of the Bunker and Oliver was looking at some files on the computer.

"Hey I invited Dick to come join us, hope that's okay." I said.

"It's fine, I was expecting you to anyways." He said.

"Whatcha looking at?" I asked.

"Oh you know, same old villain stuff. I'm starting to suspect the Riddler has come to Star City." Oliver said.

"What makes you think that?" I asked.

"Because Green question marks have shown up at seven murder scenes." Renee said.

"Does Bats know?" I asked. The Zeta tube activated.

"Recognized: Nightwing B-1." The computer said.

"No he doesn't, because this is my city. And I am going to take care of it." Oliver said to me sternly.

Dick walked over to us and Oliver changed what he was doing on the computer.
