Chapter 26

-one day till wedding-
I was getting ready for my bachelorette party that the girls were throwing me. I had no idea what they were doing. They just said they'd meet me at Wayne Manor.

I sat on the front steps with Damien.

"So are you ready for me to be your sister in law?" I asked.

"I guess so." He shrugged as he poked a stick at the cement. A black van quickly drove up the drive way.

"That must be my ride." I said as I got up.

The van suddenly stopped in front of me, the door opened and I was pulled in by masked figures.

"Damien!" I yelled as the door closed.

Damien pov
Maria's bridal party had informed us all about their plans for her bachelorette party so I didn't freak when she yelled my name.

Maria pov
They blindfolded me.

"Are we almost there?" A voice said. It sounded like Artemis.

"Yes. The male strippers are already there waiting for us." Another voice that sounded like Dinah said.

"I swear if my bridal party has kidnapped me I will never forgive you." I said.

"We're not all part of your bridal party." Kara said.

"I swear I will kill all of you." I said.

"That's not the hero way. Give her some vodka." Dinah said.

Someone held my mouth open and gave me a shot. Then another vodka shot was forced into my mouth till things became fuzzy.

-five hours till the wedding-

"Maria!" Someone yelled at me, my head was pounding.

I opened my eyes and my headache increased with the light. Clark stood in front of me. He broke my restraints and helped me up.

"I'm late aren't I?" I asked groggily.

"To getting ready? Yes you are." He held onto me as he took off.

We landed in the front lawn of the Wayne manor. I fell to my knees and threw up.

"Too much alcohol." I muttered.

"They must have done a number on you last night." he chuckled.

"It isn't funny." I muttered as He helped me up. He helped me walk inside.

"Hey look who's late." Roy said.

"Shut up." I muttered.

"Can someone send a bottle of Advil upstairs?" I asked as I climbed the stairs.

I heard the girls laughing. Before I entered the room next to Bruce's. I went in and they stopped.

"Hey did you have fun?" M'gann asked.

"No! I don't remember last nightr at all!" I yelled which didn't help my headache.

"We were expecting you to escape yourself and get back here earlier." Artemis said.

"Well I was unconscious till Clark came and got me." I yelled.

"Sorry Maria." Dinah said.

I went into the bathroom and showered to try to wash this hangover off.

When I got out I put my undergarments on and then a robe. I left and the hair and makeup artist was there already. She did my hair and makeup, Then my bridesmaids.
