Chapter 22

We Zetaed to The BatCave and Bruce and Alfred were there with another boy.

"Bruce did you adopt another child? I thought we talked about this." Dick Said.

"Should I tell him or do you want to?" Alfred asked.

"I'll tell him." Bruce Said.

"Dick, Maria, this is my son Damien." Bruce Said as he put his hand on the young boy's shoulder.

"What?" We both said extremely confused.

"When did you have a kid? Who'd you have a kid with?" Dick asked.

"His mother is Talia al Ghul." Bruce said.

"So you have a blood son, with the enemy. How?" Dick asked.

"She drugged me," Bruce said.

"I feel like you two wanna talk some things out. Should I leave?" I asked Dick.

"No. This will be quick." Dick said.

Dick and Bruce discussed about Bruce's son as I sat at the BatComputer. The boy came over to me.

"Damien Wayne, who are you?" He asked as he held his hand out.

"Maria Kinsman-Queen, I'm Dick's Girlfriend." I said as I shook his hand.

"If you're his girlfriend then why are you wearing an engagement ring?" Damien asked.

"What?" Bruce asked.

"Let's tell him," I Said.

"Maria and I are getting married. I proposed to her last night, we bought a ring this morning and got Oliver's permission." Dick Said. I got up and went over to Dick.

Bruce took my left hand to look at the ring. "It's a beautiful piece." He Said.

Alfred also looked at it. "It is, Congratulations Master Dick." He Said.

"It's almost an exact replica of my mother's engagement ring." I said.

"Well congratulations," Damien said as he wandered away from us.

"Do you need any help with him?" Dick asked.

"I don't think so, if I do I'll contact you." Bruce said. "But If I can handle, you, Jason, and Tim. I can manage my own son. Tim should be able to help me."

"Will you two be joining us for dinner?" Alfred asked.

"Sure why not." I Said.

We all sat at the dinner table eating Alfred's baked salmon with an apricot glaze with a side of rosemary roasted potatoes and green beans. Honestly it was one of my favorite dishes. We sat at the table and Dick sat at Bruce's right hand and Damien sat across from him and Tim sat across from me.

"Okay I have a question, who's the kid?" Tim asked.

"This Damien, he's my son." Bruce said.

"Alright Then," Tim Said without a care in the world. He clearly was sleep deprived.

"Also Maria and I are getting married." Dick said picking up on Tim's sleep deprived ness.

"That's good," Tim yawned as he rested his head on his hand.

"Also Connor was killed this morning when he got hit by a train." I Said.

"That's good, wait what!" Tim Said coming back out of his sleep deprived ness.

"Connor's dead?" Tim asked standing up.

"No Connor's alive she was just messing with you." Dick Said.
