Chapter 26: Trip End And Transfer Student

Amber's POV:
I yawned as I walked down the hall alone. Everyone else had played games in the game room and were now in the common rooms. I had gotten thirsty and left to get something to drink. I passed the boys room on my way to get something to drink. They were saying which girls they liked the most. I didn't want to eavesdrop but it was kind of hard since there door was open just a bit. I just keep walking.

"So, Kanzaki and Amber are tied." Sugaya said.

What?!

"Well, there's not really anyone who would dislike Kanzaki. She's sweat and Amber is too." Sugino said.

"I think it's cute when Amber tilts her head when she's confused." Mimura said.

The other guys agreed making my cheeks turn pink. I quickened my pace to get away. That was weird. I quickly got my drink then returned to the girls. I saw Karma enter the boys room as I headed back to the girls room. He closed the door, thankfully, but the boys could still be heard. Curse my super hearing.

"Ooh. Looks like you guys are doing something interesting." I heard Karma say as I walked down the hall to pass their room.

"Nice timing, Karma." Isogai said.

"Are you interested in any of the girls in our class?" Kimura asked.

"Everyone's said theirs so you're not getting out of it." Maehara said.

"Hmm. Okuda, I guess." Karma said.

"Well, that's unexpected. Why?" Maehara said.

"She seems like she'd be able to cook up shady medicines, chloroform, and stuff like that. So I'd have an even wider variety of pranks to choose from." Karma said.

"I definitely don't wanna let you two hook up." Maehara said.

"Either her or Amber. Though I'd think I'd rather go after Amber." Karma said as I passed by the boys door.

"It seems like you're already doing that." Maehara said.

I could almost see Karma shrug.

"Guys, these voting results are our little secret. I mean, most of us wouldn't want them getting out. So as far as the girls and Korosensei are concerned, we'll definitely..." Isogai stopped.

I turned around to see Korosensei kneeling in the doorway. He had been jotting down everything. He waved at the boys then took off down the hall.

"He jotted it down and ran! Kill him!" Maehara yelles.

I stepped back into another hallway to dodge the escaping Korosensei as the guys began chasing him.

"Hmm. The guys don't want this getting out, eh?" I said to myself. "I've been hanging out with Karma too much."

I jogged to the boys room and snapped a picture of the scores then quickly retreated to the girls room. I closed the door then sat down. The girls had been talking to Professor B*tch when I walked in. They all turned to me.

"Amber's the only one who hasn't answered." Kayano said.

"Answered what?" I asked knowing I would soon regret it.

"Which boy from our class do you like?" Nakamura asked.

"Hmm." I said pointing my finger on my chin. "I've never really thoight about that. So I don't know what to say."

"You know. Karma's been hanging around you a lot." Kayano said.

I thought about that. I actually have realized that.
