Chapter 4

Its been a good begining of the year. My 3 bestfriends are super nice and I've been becoming friends with Malfoy well Draco. He's not that bad. Yes he rude and cunning but he can be nice. It just depends.

Today I'm helping Professor Flitwick. Hes so short he has to stand on book poor old man. Im excited though.

I'm ready in my oversized clothes and make sure all of my hair is tucked in. Then make my ways down to the class while reading. I meet up with Hermione on the way and we continue our reading.

"Look boys its the two book worms." Malfoy says

"Um Draco im a girl." Pancy says

"Yeah yeah. What are you reading aboit this time? How to not turn blue?" Malfoy says then his little friends laugh.

"At least we can actually read Malfoy. Oh and dont forget I saved you life at the begining of the year. And I'm cursed cant help it." I say with a smile. Im gonna mess with his little mind. I smirked and kiss his cheek. "See you around Malfoy." I say then walk off with Hermione.

"What was that?" Hermione asked

"Thought it would be funny to mess with his mind. Calm down I don't like him." I say with a smirk

"You know I thought you were the sweetest person ever but you are evil." She says with a laugh

"Oh come on we cant all be sweat cause we?" I ask innocently

"I guess not." She says with a laugh.

"The spell is Wingardium Leviosa. Now say it with feeling." I say

I heard some say it and I heard Ron say it before I couldn't correct him Hermione did. She is the best friend i could ever ask for.

"Your saying it wrong it LeviOsa not LeviosA." She says correcting him, I giggle at him face.

"If your so smart you do it then. Go on." He says to her

"Wingardium LeviOsa." She says correctly

"See everyone Hermione has it." I say with a smile.

"Ms.Rose I feel you are trying to take over my class." Professor Flitwick says

"Oh I would never want that. I just want people to see how its done." I say

"Of course.." Before he could finished Seamus blew his up.

"Um Professor I think we're going to need another feather over here." Harry says nervously. I laugh and get another feather.

"Seamus maybe you should try and wave you wand the right way. Its a 'swish' and 'flick' not the other way." I say

"Okay thanks Hailey." He says blushing a bit

"No problems." I say with a smile

"She is such a no it all I tell you. Its not LeviosA its LeviOsa. Ugh no wander she has no friends." I heard Ron say then saw Hermione push past him.

I run in from of Harry and Ron and stop them.

"Ron you are so rude. How could you say such a thing?! Hermione has friends she has me as her best friend. Just because she told you the correct spell does not make her a nice it all
I was going to correct you but she did. You are as bad as a Slytherin!" I yell then push him and run after Hermione.

George asked me to sit at the Gryffindor table with them and do I did. I ignored Ron and Harry. They were just getting annoying. I just picked at my food. Kinda annoyed.

"Troll in the dungeons! Troll in the dungeons!!" Professor Quirrel says running in. "Thought you should know" he says then fainted.
Ugh Idiot. My scary started hurting and I saw Harry's did to. Weird. Everyone started running around and screaming but I just sat there thinking about Hermione.

"SILENCE!" Professor dumbledore shouted. "now prefect lead your classmate to your common rooms and professors come with me to the dungeons." He said calmly

I saw Snape go to a different door so I knew he was trying to do something but I just knew it wasn't bad.

We were walking to the common room and I saw Harry and Ron run down a hall. Ugh idiots!

I ran after them and saw they ran into moaning myrtles bathroom. Wait Neville said Hermione has been in there crying. Ugh why didn't I come here?

When I walked in the troll was holding Harry upside down.

"Help! Do something!" He shouted

"Like what?" Ron asked

"Anything!" Harry shouted

I saw water coming out of the sinks so I held one hand out and formed a ball then used my other hand and heated it up so it was boiling then through it at the troll with as much force as possible.

"Wow Hailey that was Bloody Brilliant." Ron said

"Thanks." I said

"Oh my! Explain yourselves." Professor McGonagall said

"Well you see...." Ron and Harry started

"It was my fault Professors." Hermione said

"Ms.Granger?" Professor McGonagall asked

"I read about trolls and went looking for him. I thought i could take him but I guess not. If it wasn't for Harry, Hailey, and Ron I would probably be dead." She said

"Well then 5 points will be taken from Gryffindor for you seriously lack of judgment." She said

And for you 2, 5 points, will be awarded for sheer dumb luck. Not a lot of first years could take on a troll and live to tell the tail." She says

I saw Hermione smile a bit. I cant believe she would do that. Im proud of her.

The rest of the night went by quickly I was in the library doing some reading when someone sat next to me.

"Hello there Hailey." A familiar voice said.

I looked up and saw Malfoy.

"Hey Draco." I say then continued reading

"You know what i always wondered?" He asked

"Nope." I said popping the 'P'.

"Is why you always where that hat and over sized clothes." He said

"Its personal." I said quietly

"And why is that?" He asked

"Because it is OK?" I asked getting up and walking away. I walk to my room and get ready for bed. Ugh. Some people are annoying.
