Chapter 19

Today was the day. The day of the first challenge. It was dragons. I got the Ice Queen. She was beautiful but powerful. Harry just finished and I was happy he's okay. His dragon got off the chains and went after him.

"And now Hailey Potter!" Dumbledore said. The crowd went wild. I went out and my dragon was now awake. All I had to do was get the golden egg.

The dragon came closer to me and I didn't move. It didn't do anything harmful. It spoke to me though which was very weird.

"Do you have the power of ice?" She asked

I nodded and threw ice at the wall. Everyone was confused I don't think they understood him. Kinda like when harry told that snake to not attack a few years ago. She nodded and helped me up to get the egg.

"Im the dragon for all witches with the power of ice and snow. Only you can understand me." She said

"Oh well its a pleasure. Thank you for not attacking me." I said to her

"Yes well I smelt that you had the power." She said to me. I smiled and walked back up to where everyone was.

"Hailey I thought she was going to eat you whole!" Harry said attacking me with a hug.

"Wow thanks Harry!" I said laughing

"Sorry." He said with a chuckle

"Harry, Hailey, I'm sorry for being a jerk to you both. I really thought you put your names in the fire. Oh and Hailey you were talking to that dragon you know that right?" Ron asked

"Its okay Ron. And yes I know I could only understand her because I have the power of ice and snow." I told him

"Yes well you have more than just that." Dumbledore said.

"What do you mean?" I asked

"Ms.Rose you need to follow me. We have to have a talk." He said

"Oh okay." I said a bit nervous.

"Wait Snape is my father? All these years and you didn't tell me?! I've been alone for some many years! Left in the dark!" I shouted at Dumbledore and Snape.

"We were waiting for the right time." Snape said to me

"The right time? Anytime would have been fine!" I shouted leaving.

Tears were racing down my cheeks. Why is everything happening to me now? I then bumped into someone. Ugh!

"Sorry." I said

"Hailey? What's wrong?" They asked.
Ugh why is Malfoy everywhere?

"Nothing I just want to be left alone." I said walking away. He didn't say anything he just sighed.

"Did you hear? Snape is Hailey's father."

"Does that mean Snape is Harry's father to?"

"Aren't Hailey and Harry twins how does that happen?"

These questions are all I heard.

"Do you guys have to be all in my business?" I yelled at everyone in the great hall. "Yes Harry is my twin, Yes Snape is my father, and to all who don't know Tom Riddle is my brother! Wanna know how? Because I was born at the wrong time and magic brought me to this generation. Snape isn't Harry's father! James Potter is Harry's father! Now leave me the hell alone!" I shouted then walked out.

Everyone was quiet. Nobody said anything. I need to worry about this egg. It sounds like horrible screams when you open it. Wait! I need a bath! Im so stupid!

"Harry the next task is in the Black Lake. We will be under water for one hour to seek our treasure." I told him then walked away.

I wasn't in the mood to walk to anyone. I was always in a bad mood, almost as bad as a Slytherin. Ugh I need the old happy Hailey back!

"Hailey I know you aren't in the mood but will you go to Hogsmeade with me?" Hermione asked

"Sure Hermione. We need dresses right?" I asked

"Yes!" She said excitedly

"Okay! And I'm sorry I've been in a bad mood. Everything has just happened to fast." I apologized

"Its okay. I understand so who are you going with?" She asked

"Um nobody so far." I said with a nervous giggle

"Nobody has asked you?" She asked

"Oh no plenty have asked but- I couldn't finish cause she cut my me off

"But your waiting for the right person to ask?" She finished

"Yeah." I said to her

"Its alright, he'll come around." She said

"So who are you going with?" I asked with a smirk

"Viktor Krum." She said with blush hitting her cheeks

"Oou get it Hermione!" I said giggling

"Oh stop it." She said lightly pushing me

"Hey Ron and Harry, Sorry I've been a bitch lately." I said to them

"Its okay we understand why." They said

"Okay see you guys later. Come on Hermione." I said

"Hailey I think someone wants to talk to you." Hermione said pointing to a nervous looking Malfoy.

"Oh boy, okay can you order the butterbeers? Ill be right back." I said to her then walked over to Malfoy

"Hey Draco." I said sitting next to him

"Hi." He said

"Listen I'm sorry for everything." I said to him

"Its alright, everything has kind of been thrown at you." He said

"Yeah it really had." I said

"Hey Hailey?" He asked nervously

"Yes?" I asked

"Will you go to the Ball with me?" He asked with hopeful eyes

"Sure!" I said happily

"Really?" He asked a bit shocked

"Yeah, believe it or not I've been waiting for you to ask." I said with a light blush appearing

"Really?" He asked

"Yeah." I said to him

"Your adorable when you blush." He said to me

"Thanks." I said to him then kissed his cheek

"Oh me and Hermione are going dress shopping I'll see you later." I told him

"Can I see the dress?" He asked

"No its a surprise silly." I said to him

"Fine." He said

Hermione got us to go cups filled with butter beer. We went to the dress shop and Hermione got a beautiful pink dress. Mine was a surprise for everyone.

I hope my performance is good. That's what I'm excited about. But I'm most excited about going with Malfoy well Draco.
