A couple of days passed and I began to distant myself from Julian; I allowed him to feed with no arguing. I felt drained-- I just couldn't care about my life anymore.
I was sitting in the bed reading one of the books Julian had left on the nightstand and instantly found myself drawn to it. The book was a mystery surronded by chaos.
While reading I heard a click and then the bedroom door opened. Julian was back from the slave shop. He sat on the edge of the bed and placed a hand on my knee.
"Would you like to visit werewolve territory for a bit? I have a friend who'd like to meet you." Julian asked although I knew I couldn't decline without punishment.
I peered at him over the book and took a deep breath.
"I guess." I mumbled and closed the book. I avoided unnecessary conversations with him, most times I would nod and shake my head.
He grabbed my hand and pulled me along. His hand that held mine made me disgusted; made me hate my existence. I was to blame for my rape; I froze up and couldn't stop him. I wasn't strong enough to even shove him away-- I was weak.
The sun was high in the sky, beaming down on us happily. I gazed at the beautiful pink flowers that bloomed at the edge of the woods. I glanced at Julian who gestured my forward.
Hesitantly I began to make my way through the trees and instantly noticed a run down cabin in the disntace.
"That's where he and the other werewolf outcasts spend their time." Julian explained. I nodded and continued to stalk to as if I was comfortable meeting new people.
I brought my knuckles to the door and knocked. Julian waited patiently by my side while we listened to someone stumble over something on the other side of the door.
A man with a beard and tired eyes opened the door and smiled at Julian.
"Holy hell, it's been too long." The man exlaimed and gestured us inside. I walk inside with caution and notice a group of men and woman laying around.
"So who's this besutiful lady?" The man asked and extended his hand.
I glanced at Julian almost as if I was seeking permission; more like showing my anxiety.
"Samantha." I whimpered and shook his hand.
"My name's Max. How did Julian get such a cute young girl to attend to him?" The man chuckled.
"You don't want to know." I gulped. Max hesitated for a moment before he glanced at Julian.
"Ah, I see. He's a real sweetheart so whatever he did to make you angry; just know he did it for a reason." Max slung a arm around Julian's shoulder and they chuckled together.
"Max, she looks afraid. Are you sure you're okay sweety?" A woman stood up and cupped my face in her palms.
"She's fine, right Sam?" Julian mumbled. I noticed his change of tone although the others didn't.
"Y-yes, I'm fine. Thank you." I muttered. She smiled and sat back down.
"Make sure she gets enough to eat." The woman scolded Julian he nodded and smiled cheerfully-- wait what? He's genuinely smiling?
I nearly choked on air as I noticed the smile that seemed almost unreal. Julian met my gaze and he winked.
"Don't worry, I've been making sure she gets enough." He chuckled. Max glanced at me almost as if he didn't believe him.
"I'm glad I got to finally meet the woman who is melting such a cold heart. Was there anything else you two came here for?" Max asked.
"I had the urge to see my good friend; its been too long. Sam also needed to get out of the house for a bit instead of sulking in our room." He shrugged and patted Max on the shoulder.
"Sulking, what'd you do?" The woman asked with a snicker.
"I dismissed her feelings on a subject." He admitted.
Yeah, a subject such as my virginity!
I glared at him and he smirked. Max chuckled and licked his lips.
"Did you do it yet?" Max asked. That question took the cake, I choked on air and began to cough.
"No," Julian lied. "She doesn't feel that way about me, yet."
I stared at him wide eyed realizing he knew how I felt from the beggining but still did it; and here he is, acting as if he's a gentleman.
"Awe, how cute. You're waiting until she's ready. That's such a wonderful thing! Nowadays it's hard to find someone who cares about the girls first time. Sad enough but it's true. It's nice that you consider her feelings." The woman squeeled.
I wanted to facepalm and admit what he had done but I was afraid of the judgment, afriad of what they'd say or think.
Julian raised a brow and met the woman's gaze.
"Is the first time that important?" Julian asked. Max and the woman stared at him confused.
"It certainly is! Girls only give up their virginity to the man they love! It can be extremely painful for the girl if she wasn't ready." The woman announced.
"Yeah, I waited years before I made love to my wife. She was terrified because it usually hurt whenever we tried. It's important for woman to cherish their virginity." Max stated.
Julian glanced at me with a smirk trying to show me that he knew all about it but refused to let them clue in what he did.
"It'll defiently hurt for the first few times so make sure to make her comfortable and ease her into it." Max elbowed Julian slightly and they chuckled together.
I glanced at the woman but her blue eyes were already fixated on me. She looked worried and curious as she scanned me.
"We have to stop by the Slave shop but I'll be sure to stop by more often." Julian opened the door and gestured for me follow. I nodded and smiled at Max and the woman.
"It was nice to meet you, I'll be sure to come by again too." I waved and stepped out.
Julian followed and pulled me along by my arm with a cheerful smirk.
