I stood still for a minute after charity stormed out the house slamming the door behind her. I didn't think she'd take it that way, I would love to be there for her when she finds out the gender but this meeting was for her safety as well as the pack safety.
there have been rough spotting everywhere and they have been going from pack to pack attacking and taking over land. even if I wanted to I still couldn't skip this meeting so I thought we could change the date but before I even got to that she starting yelling and screaming at me and left.
I ran out the house to tell her my plan but I didn't see her anywhere but I could smell her scent still lingering in this direction, damn she moves quick. as I was walking I heard an ear piercing scream and my wolf took over knowing it was no one other than our mate. I called out to chase and jake and some trackers to trace her scent. I was going crazy and wolf was seeing red he wanted blood, not just any blood he wanted whoever made her scream blood. I ran off in search for my mate.
it was night fall and we still haven't found her, I was in no state to be around. I lashed out at any body that came my way and refused to return to the pack house without her.
" alpha.. I got something " said Jordan, one of my trackers.
" what is it " I growled out, he bowed his head in respect and held up a piece of towel with what smelled like chloroform on it.
" I got her scent over here and it left a trail" chase called out to me. I didn't have to say anything they knew to go after it. I was lead in front of everyone, we came up to a big house about 5 miles from the pack house.
I could smell her here and it pissed me off even more that I smell another wolf, a male wolf around my unmated mate.
"me and chase are going through the window while you and the others check the place out " I order to jake.
" yes alpha" he said in return.
I climbed the tree that stood hanging over a balcony. with each step I took my wolf got calmer but happier saying all the things he's going to do to our mate when we get her back home. like seriously why did I have to end up with the perverted wolf.
