Would you love me, if I was like her?
Would you see me, If I was just as perfect?
Would you hear me, if I looked like her?
Would you never leave, and keep your promises?
Would you stay by my side, even though I was screaming at you?
Would you joke like you do with me, if I smiled like her?
Would you be as mean, if I wasn't me?
Do you hear the words you say, when you spill your beans?
Would you be just as nasty, if she was standing in front of you?
Would you be as idiotic, if she was in my shoes?
Would you hate me just as much, if it was her and not me?
Dear, you know who you are, let me be.
It's Christmas,
Why can't you see that I'm trying to be happy?
