The moment her eyes laid on her Shivaay she felt a rush back of old memories of them being happy , caring about each other , understanding each other without the exchange of words and then the moment when Shivaay himself said that he no longer wishes to stay with Anika and has moved on with Tanya and wants to marry her. She remembers how he has thrown the divorce papers on Anika's face and asked her to leave Oberoi Mansion as well as his life.

Anika felt tears pricking her eyes and immediately wiped them off so no one can see them. She is no longer that chirpy girl who couldn't keep quiet for even a second and was an open book for everyone to understand. Now she hardly talks to someone and does not like to share her past with anyone. Maybe that is why even Arnav and Khushi do not know about her past , she being married to Shivaay and all. All they know is something has happened in Anika's life that she no longer wants to remember but is still not able to forget that something or rather someone.

Soon Anika had the mask on which she has learnt very well to put on to hide her emotions and herself from the world.

Shivaay thanked his family and his employees for his award. And like that the function proceeded.

After one hour host announced the last award of the evening " The award for successfully having their business in India as well as Internationally goes to 'Mr. Arnav Singh Raizada'. I would like to invite him on stage and request to take this prestigious award."

Anika signalled Arnav to go to the stage when she saw him standing there hand in hand with Khushi. Arnav got hold of Anika's hand and started walking towards the stage along with Khushi and Anika. Anika felt her body going numb as she thought how would Shivaay react with Anika being in front of him. She wondered would he even remember her or will she now just be a bad memory in his life that he wants to forget.
