Shivaay's thoughts were interrupted when he heard Om calling him" Shivaay , are you alright? You seem to be lost somewhere. "

To which Shivaay absent mindedly replied " I had lost myself , a while ago." But soon he realised what he had said , he immediately tried to cover it up " I meant I am here only. I am alright. "

Soon they got engaged in watching the function.

Host announced the last award of the evening " The award for successfully having their business in India as well as Internationally goes to 'Mr. Arnav Singh Raizada'. I would like to invite him on stage and request him to take this prestigious award."

Shivaay felt her presence , he thought he was just hallucinating , a habit he had developed in the past. When he missed her too much he started imagining her around him , smiling , laughing , teasing and talking with him. But she would disappear very soon and he realised she's not there and he's all alone again.

But the feeling he was experiencing right now was too strong to ignore. He felt like there was an unusual calmness as well as a strange fierceness in the air. He could feel the hair at the back of his neck rising and tiny sweat beats forming on his forehead. His heart started beating frantically against his chest. His inner self saying " You know , she's here. " His mind too numb by his body's sudden reaction , to think anything.

But soon everything came to a dead silence as soon as he saw her. Their eyes got locked. Everything from people , surrounding , function to himself was forgotten. All that mattered at that moment was his life standing in front of him. By just looking at her , his heart felt at peace. He did not know whether she was still his or not. But he knew that his heart beats for her and her only. She was the princess of his heart.

Anika was the one to break the eye lock when the host said "We are glad that such a talented singer is with us right now. Ms. Anika we would like you to sing a song for us if it's not too much to ask for."

But Shivaay did not leave her sight for even a second , fearing she would disappear again.

Anika agreed to sing a song and soon the stage was cleared by all leaving Anika and musicians in charge.

Anika looked at Shivaay and started singing the song.

Each and every line Anika sang , briefed him of the pain she had suffered because of him or rather his betrayal.

Shivaay remembers the time after Anika had gone from their house. It had been 6 hours Anika left him or to say he made her leave him , Shivaay felt this suffocation of thinking how hurt she would be , kill him. He moved to her old house to tell her everything , to bring her back to their house. He thought his grandfather had asked him to keep his family intact and Anika was not only the part of the family anymore but a part of his own self. They both can together try to keep his promise to his grandfather. Because when they are together , there is nothing that they cannot do. Shivaay went to bring his wife , his family back.

But by the time he reached her house , he got to know from Chanda that she has already left. He begged her to tell him where she has gone? But Chanda told him that it's true she has helped Anika leave , but she does not know where she has gone.

He had assigned this task to his best detectives and he himself tried every thing possible , but could not find her. It felt like she did not wanted him to know anything about her. All the while Shivaay was trying to find her , Tanya insisted him to marry her. To which Shivaay had bluntly refused and when she blackmailed him , he said she can do whatever she wants because right now his priority was to find her and know she's fine. Tanya had not waited for a second and had presented the video in front of the family. And it was then they got to know that the video was only the one fourth part of the actual incident and how members of the family had made that video on their own , for finding the culprit who at that time wanted to break their family. Shivaay thought that life has made a very big " pappu " of him.

When he was not able to get the slightest clue about Anika , he thought it might be good for her to remain away from him , that way she can have a normal and happy life. She might be able to find the person who would love her endlessly and never hurt her.

But seeing her now , Shivaay thought he was an idiot to think that she can ever move on in her life. By just having a look at her he knew , that they both had suffered a lot by living away from each other. Now he understood that nobody can take his place in her heart and life , the same way nobody can take Anika's place in his heart , life and even house.
