Anika called someone and the person at the other end said ' I thought you forgot me. '
Anika smiled and replied ' Never. I have called you to tell you that I am coming back to Oberoi Mansion. '
The person said ' Come soon. I am waiting to see you. '
Anika said ' Bye. ' and made her way to meet Sahil.
After meeting an over enthusiastic Sahil , Shivaay and Anika made their way to Oberoi Mansion.
All through the way , they both kept filling each other about the recent events in their lives.
The car journey came to an end after 2 hours. The moment Anika saw Oberoi Mansion , she went down the memory lane. The first time she had come here as Shivaay's wedding planner. The moments they spend together. The time she spent here with everyone specially OmRu and Dadi. She felt a rush back of old memories.

Anika was always thankful that she got to be a part of such an amazing family. There were issues between members of the family but at the end of the day they all stood by each other.
Anika got really close to Jhanvi despite the small span of time she spent there. From the time Anika had first stepped in Oberoi Mansion , she had always looked up at Jhanvi. She couldn't help but admire her lovable personality.

When Shivaay had forced Anika to sign divorce papers on Tia's insistence , Jhanvi had found a crying Anika in store room. Jhanvi has consoled her and said ' I don't know why Shivaay is doing all of this.
I even have a serious doubt if he does either. I don't know why he can't see that whatever be the reason of his actions maybe , it cannot be bigger than the bond that you two share. All I know is my nephew is being an idiotic of a man and hurting my order and most loved daughter in law. ' That day Anika had cried her heart out while hugging Jhanvi. After that day Anika and Jhanvi have started sharing a daughter - mother relation. Anika without any hesitation went to Jhanvi whenever she wanted to talk or seek advice on something , anything. After a while even Jhanvi started opening her heart to her. She even started drinking less and eventually gave up drinking. Anika even helped mending Tej and Jhanvi's relation. When Om said that he would never be able to pay her back for making his mother happy once again, Anika had said ' There's no need of it , Om. She's like a mother to me. I'm glad I could be of some help in bringing back her lost happiness.'

Shivaay was surprised to see his Badi Ma standing at the door. It looked like she was waiting for their arrival. Both Anika and Jhanvi shared a knowing smile. Shivaay knew what all Anika had done for Badi Ma and Bade Papa but still he found it a bit odd , the way Anika and his Badi Ma looked at each other. He knew that there was definitely something that he was totally unaware of , the depth of their relationship. As soon as Shivaay and Anika reached the door , Jhanvi hugged Anika. Anika also reciprocated the hug and said something that left Shivaay in shock.
Anika said ' I am alright , Ma. See I am standing all fit and fine in front of you. '

Jhanvi replied ' Shut up , I know how fine you are. Just look at you.' Shivaay saw a thin layer of tears in his Badi Ma's eyes.
Shivaay could not control and blurted out ' Am I dreaming or it is all really happening. '
Jhanvi gave a look which said to shut up. Shivaay being a gentleman that he is , in fact shut his mouth. Anika who was a silent spectator of the non-verbal communication of aunt and nephew , finally spoke up ' Yes Shivaay we were in touch ,in fact not only in touch but very much involved in each other's lives while I was away. '
