"Here we are. Welcome to my humble abode!" I exclaimed as I rolled up to my apartment complex and turned to look at Castiel.

"It's... huge!" He praised and I smirked.

"I can assure you, I'm not compensating for anything..." I said with a wink, knowing full well what effect it had on his pure mind.

Following our date the other night, I invited Cas to come over and play some video games together. We'd been talking over text and calls for the last few days. Even so, I was half expecting him to turn me down after all when I text him, but he didn't. There he was, sitting in the passenger seat of my car once again with his signature beanie and denim jacket.

A true angel.

"Why does everything have to be a se— um, a suggestive innuendo with you?" He retorted and I bit my lip.

"Can you... can you not say the word 'sex"?" I questioned and he flushed bright red.

"I-I can!" He said defensively. "I just... didn't want to."

"Uh-huh, okay," I played along. "So say it then."

"Say what?"

Castiel fluttered his eyelids at me and I shook my head.

"Nothing..."

I got out of the car and made my way to his door, opening it for him just like at the café. We made our way towards the complex and just as his guard was down, I twisted around and shouted:

"SEX!"

Castiel yelped and fell over, causing me to burst into laughter.

"Payback," I teased and he gawped at me. "For the other day."

"But you pulled me down then!"

He got to his feet and brushed the snow off his jeans.

"And you made me fall over on purpose," I countered. "Twice."

His mouth formed an 'o' as he thought back before turning into a coy smile.

"You kinda deserved it though..."

I shrugged. He had a point.

"Touché." I conceded and grinned. "Come on, let me show you my apartment!" I stated and intertwined his fingers with my own as I pulled him towards the front door.

As we entered my studio apartment, Castiel scanned the place with wide eyes. I felt a little bad, especially after seeing his apartment building last night, but he didn't seem jealous. Instead, he expressed the same childlike joy he always did; innately curious and fascinated. He didn't move from the doormat, as if worried he'd ruin the floor if he walked on it.

"You can come in, you know?" I chuckled and he looked around worriedly. "It's a floor, it's literally designed to be stepped on."

Castiel reddened with embarrassment and tiptoed forward slightly. I rolled my eyes and set my keys down on the dining table by the window before walking up to him, turning my back on him and squatting down. He giggled and pondered me.

"What are you doing?" He breathed and I grinned.

"Well, if you're not gonna walk in yourself then I'll carry you in!" We locked eyes for a moment and Castiel bit his lip before getting on. "Ready? Hold on tight!"

He wrapped his arms loosely around my neck and nodded. I smirked and set off as fast as I could around the room. Cas giggled uncontrollably and the snowy landscape below us outside the window caught his eye.
