Riley: Sitting here under the trees.Mathew: **silence**
Riley: **nudges him in the chest**
Riley: Your turn.
Mathew: With my little lovely bee.
Riley: It's raining cats and dogs but whatever.
Mathew: She's annoying as ever.
Riley: HEYYY!
Mathew: **laughs**
Mathew: You're deflecting into writing this poem. But, it's actually creative.Riley: Oh well, maybe.

_______________________________________She, who leads guys on,
Met him, he who leads girls on.
They were like salt
and sugar.
Came to a halt
with love, to acquire.
So alike yet so different.
Though when it's time
both could be ignorant.
With their mutual attraction
ever so apparent. He turned her on,
if she had to admit.
It was perfectly lit.Met at a job opportunity;
He was the interviewer.
Started something dangerous.
Such an evildoer. She didn't know they'd be close.
She meant to say adios.
Both repleted with flaws,
Both with perplexed thoughts.
But the encounters arose.
And the issues got outta control.Things were getting out of hand,
as they didn't do what
the mind commands.
As they were sitting under the trees,
Doing whatever the heart feels.
And as they were sitting by the sea,
Imitating Edgar Allan Poe and his lovely Annabel Lee
In her kingdom by the sea.
Ever so, feeling free.
Right and perfect is how it felt.
They didn't know that
both kingdoms
were bound to melt._____________
A/N:
Any thoughts?
And now this should explain Edgar Allan Poe and his lover Annabel Lee's part. Down below.
It's not the full version of the poem though, just a part of it.
Enjoy xx

💎🥀🍁"It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of Annabel Lee;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.I was a child and she was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea,
But we loved with a love that was more than love-
I and my Annabel Lee-
With a love that the wingèd seraphs of Heaven
Coveted her and me.And this was the reason that, long ago,
In this kingdom by the sea,
A wind blew out of a cloud, chilling
My beautiful Annabel Lee;
So that her highborn kinsmen came
And bore her away from me,
To shut her up in a sepulchre
In this kingdom by the sea.The angels, not half so happy in Heaven,
Went envying her and me-
Yes!-that was the reason (as all men know,
In this kingdom by the sea)
That the wind came out of the cloud by night,
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee."__________

Okay so this is by far my last note for this chapter, obviously.
**rolls eyes at my own self**Anywho, I actually brought something from the real world, like a true experience and true feelings and that dialogue up; it actually happened. I added some stuff yeah later in the poem and twisted it in my own way. And I've been reading a lot of Edgar's poetry recently, they're amazing. You guys should give them a try.
Oh also, give the song "baby it's cold outside" by Avril Lavigne a listen. With everything said I'll be going now.
Have a good day you guys!
Happy holidays (:
