Days elapsed
Found myself falling
for someone new
We started talking more
And that just ensued
His ambition, drive for
success and optimism
Drove me slowly, to him
Found myself going
through the symptoms
Not so abruptly,
just a soft whim
Traveling by my side
A sweet annoying ride
I had a bulwark of a bridge
Never allowed a future image
Fought hard to keep
my robotic heart
Minding a fresh start,
veiling my sweet heart
My barriers:
Mean and careless exteriors
