I can't say that I completely comprehend why she did it, even to this day. I remember seeing the fury hidden behind her angelic eyes, the blood spattered on her face and clothes, and what the sky looked like when it happened: blood red, contrasting to the pure white snow.

Years have passed since that incident and it still haunts my dreams. I still remember the screams reverberating from my old friends' mouths before they were killed. Then there was silence. I don't understand why she let me go, but I remember her eyes. I saw the sadness and the pain hidden beneath the anger and hatred.

You may be wondering why all of this occurred and I'll tell you. It starts way back in 1993, with a murder.
