The Chosen One: Chapter Nine- Weapons Training

            “Hello Richard, I am here to train you, and you are here to train me” said an unfamiliar voice.

            “Michael?” asked Richard.

            “Yes, we are to train in warfare together, I am sure that Jehovah told you so correct?”

            “Yes, he told me, okay so what weapons do you use?”

            “We use a weapon very similar to yours, it’s more like an energy rifle, except it uses light and hope, even though it uses such positive things, it is very deadly and very useful, but so is the weapon of Satan’s army is too as it uses fear and darkness, the horrible thing is it all depends on the people of Earth and ourselves to how powerful the weapons are, the more faithful and hopeful the people of the world and ourselves are, the more powerful our weapons are, the more fearful and hateful people are, the more powerful their weapons are. Would you like to shoot it Richard?”

            “Yes, yeah of course.”

            A soldier definitely at a low rank came and gave Richard a Light Rifle.

            “Richard, you will be using a Light Rifle in the war since you can use it since you’re a son of God, but your soldiers will be using the weapons of humanity. Okay, now to use this weapon you have to focus, and use your own hope, you have to transfer it to the gun and pull the trigger.”

            Richard aimed at the target some soldiers set up and focused and thought of his baby girl and pulled the trigger, what came out was a straight line of light at a speed faster than he could see and obliterated the target.

            “Absolutely amazing Richard, that was the most powerful shot I’ve ever seen from a beginner, this isn’t your brother’s line of work, but I know you will be a true soldier, from what I see, you’re a war hero down on Earth, then again, the only thing that can kill you that I know of is a tank round to the head…” a soldier came up and whispered something in Michael’s ear, “…well something urgent came up, we’ll have to continue this another time. See you soon Richard.”

            Richard woke up and right as that happened, Michelle spoke.

            “Oh, you’re awake, well Lucas called, he said it’s a go for the kids to come during their break.”

            “Great honey, I think they’ll have a great time.”

            Over the next couple months things were slow, Richard trained with Michael and they learned new tactics from each other and Richard also bought many more guns. So far he had bought eleven different models and multiple of some since he got them with a large discount. He had bought two H&K USP .45 handguns, two Glock 17 handguns, one FN Five-Seven handgun, one Sig-Sauer P226 handgun, one S&W .44 Magnum, one Mossberg 500 shotgun, one Remington Model 870 shotgun, three Mosin Nagant M91/30 rifles, one Remington M40 rifle, one Springfield M1903, and one AK-47 Rifle, they cost him about eight thousand dollars but he had some money left over from his job as a Marine. None of them compared to the light rifle that Richard had fired, but if Richard could get Russia, China, and the U.S. to side with him, he would have a good chance at winning. Now it was time to train his nephews and nieces how to use these weapons.
