Lukes POV
"Earth to luke..hello? Luke pay attention" I hear as I snap my head up to be met by the face belonging to calum . I've been so lost and so caught up in my thoughts that my mind faded away from that fact I'm meant to be rehearsing with the boys and this isent exactly the first time I've done this,its becoming a habit. I look at the mic stand infront of me snapping into realisation that maybe I should pay attention now. Its not that I purposely do it,its just my mind wanders off,sometimes I don't even realised until someone is trying to catch my attention.
I love being in the band, I love the whole idea of being able to write songs and sing my own songs to people in the hope that they appreciate them but I'm not going to lie,were a barely noticed band and getting people to actually want to listen to our music lately is becoming impossible. Thing is the music industry is so built up on image that people take one look at us and automatically make a wrong assumption.
The room fills up with the sound of ashtons drums , realising its my que to start playing I trace away from my thoughts and join in. My thoughts suddenly turn to the girl..wait megan right? I faintly remember her saying her name was megan,I mean I'm not really good at remembering names so if I've got it wrong,I'm not surprised but what I do remember is how she looked at me,the way her eyes scanned me asif I was a page in a book . I don't know anything about her ,I barely remember her name but what I do know is,I can't get her out of my mind.
