Just great another school year at chino hills high school aka the school of annoying ass niggas but I was going into this year positive not looking for nobody I was still getting over melo I just accepted he didn't want me and I was okay with that I don't really want him either no more I'm a changed person

I was most excited about seeing don he had went ghost on me in the summer had a bitch thinking she did something wrong to him but I soon got up and got ready in some cute clothes and went downstairs seeing my mother in the kitchen "hey babygirl" she said I greeted her back kissing her cheek grabbing food eating quickly then heading out

I got in my car I seen don come out his house so I sped off picking up Aaliyah and Dominique "hey bitch" they said getting in the car "washpoppin how y'all been" I asked they laughed "bitch shut we saw you yesterday" Nique said we continued to talk as I drove me blasting cheif keef the whole way to school

I pulled up to the school and was parking when the part of faneto was like "Who nigga? Who the fuck is you? I don't know, nigga No, nigga, pull up on your block, we gon' blow, nigga" we was turning up rapping the part together the windows were down I looked to my left and melo had parked directly next to me and was staring at me with a smirk I rolled my eyes
"Oouuu girl melo staring at yo fine ass" Aaliyah laughed I smacked my lips "man I don't give a fuck bout him no mo" I said us getting out of the car melo walking ahead of us wit don,Eli, and gelo

I know don ass did not think he was finna ignore me any longer "DON NIGGA I KNOW YOU SAW ME" I yelled he looked back confused but smiled instantly when he saw me they waited for us to catch up I immediately hugged him hugging back tight "damn lani I ain't seen you in a min how ya been" he asked letting go "nigga who's fault is it you ain't see me you went ghost over the summer" I said he laughed and whispered in my ear "did you forget I'm a rapper" he said this was our little secret I knew about his rapping and no one else he wasn't ready to come out and show everybody yet

But we were like besties so he told me about it none of the boys knew yet but the whole time I was talking to don melo was staring me down licking his lips this nigga better not even try it I'm over his ass we all walked together into school us parting me Aaliyah and Dominique going to my locker

"Girl you see the way melo was looking at you sis he feeling you this year now is your chance" Nique smirked i rolled my eyes putting my stuff in my locker "y'all know I don't like him no more I'm over that" I said they just shook their heads not believing me I sighed saying bye and going to class

Them bitches know I'm over melo at least I think I am anyways I sat in the back of the class because ain't no one I like was in this class the bell rang everyone sat down their was only one open seat and it was next to me the teacher opened his mouth to speak and melo bust through the door panting like a dog he eyes darted  to the seat next to me and he sat down just great

Class started and melo was still panting like a fucking dog I looked at him and he instantly stopped but he looked at me I didn't look back his way but I could feel him staring "nigga can I help you" I said annoyed he just slightly laughed to himself and shook his head looking away

Class ended and I was heading to gym with Aaliyah I walk in and see melo,will,phaquan,Eli,gelo, and don I already know this bouta be the worst MF class I got but we sat at the top of the bleachers not really paying attention to them playing ball but Aaliyah has to bring up melo she don't wanna let what she saw this morning go "I don't understand why all the sudden now you not feeling him like bitch he want you shii get on that" she said confused she really forgets all the times he was mean mugging me for no reason

I would try and hit him up and he would be like hella rude for no reason but I liked him so much I didn't care over the summer I realized that I needed to get over him and move on with my life but now he wanna waltz right back into it like no nigga

She smacked her lips rolling her eyes "you not even over melo fr are you?" She asked with the bitch u lying face I just looked at him "idk" I truthfully said she smiled "ha I knew it bitch you can't lie to me I'm ya bestfriend" she smiled I was watching the boys melo pointed at the hoop then to me and winked he shot it and made it from the other side of the gym oh this boy I thought as I tried to hide my smile

Please god don't let me get sucked back into his trance Aaliyah was sitting there smirking the whole time at me "girl stoooop" I said shoving her is laughing together
