Bailey's P.O.V

3 months later,
It had been months since Alec has his relapse and it's been hard getting back out there, but he's done it. He's been shy and his nightmares came back in full force. We'd gotten so bad that her and Magnus have had to restrain him, but that only made the nightmares worse. We finally had to made a that made his sleep dreamless but that did not stop his thrashing around. I slowly reintroduced Magnus, but Alec acted like his was two years old and really just hid behind me. We've mad a little progress with him but some names and other words make him very nervous. Magnus mentioned a few times bringing Alec's siblings here but that always ended badly. Every day I brought down some soup and crackers for him to eat and everyday he passed it up and when me or Magnus tried to talk to him about it he just shut us out and would not touch food what so ever. Magnus tried and tried to get him to eat but nothing worked and finally he snapped and would not let anyone touch him or come near him but me. I hated to see him like this and I truly tried to help but he would not responded to anything that deals with being a Shadow Hunter or the down world without a few hours of calming after it. Magnus finally understood and left. I was kind of glad when he left because it meant that I had time to replace the barriers that Magnus broke when he came. The barriers that I had put in place kept him from remembering to much about had happened with Sebastian. It was not like I forcibly placed them, it was only after he begged me to kill him that I can up with this answer. I had only noticed it to late that Magnus had broken the barriers, then I could not get him to leave so that I could replace them. I walked down into his room to find him curled up in the corner of his bed. He was shaking, whimpering, and was whispering something that I could not place. I walked over to him and gently woke him up. He woke with a start and flinched away from me until he realized it was me. I sat down next to him, "It's alright, I know that you were having a nightmare. Alec, I wanted to give you the same proposal that I gave you last time. I can put the barrier back up. You can start healing faster, meaning that you can go to a life that you want." Alec looked at me, his eyes filled with so much fear and sadness that I could not believe that it was him. I met twice and his eyes where so innocent, they had the excitement and happiness, and now to look at them. I just could not bear to look at them. He slowly looked at me, "You can can re really do that." He stuttered, I smiled "Of course I can, what you think I'm a warlock for nothing." That got a little smile out of him but I did not last very long. "Yeah yeah, I want that, again." "I nodded an put my hands to his head. As I was starting the spell, when I felt someone's hand pull mine off of Alec's head. I opened my eyes and found that it was not Magnus as I expected but rather I saw Jace, Alec's parabatai. I quickly muttered a sleeping spell that fell over Alec before I turned to Jace. "How did you find him?" I asked quietly as I made a move to pick Alec up. "Magnus told me and only me. He thought that I had a right to know." I shook my head, "It was not Magnus's choice." Jace looked down at Alec, "So. I needed to know." I glared at him, "Who else have you told?" "No one." "Are you sure that you were not followed you." He glared at me, "Yes, I'm sure that I wasn't followed." I gave a deep sigh, "you don't know what your doing or why he's stayed away for so long. He needs to recover and you being here doesn't help at all." Jace looked at me than at Alec. "Okay, so maybe he said that but even I can tell that he isn't in his right mind. You cannot keep doing this to him, he has to come home. Izzy is a mess and Max cannot sleep because he thinks that Alec is still captured and won't do anything. Mom is angry all the time and well dad, he's dad." I pointed my finger at him, "That's the point. Everyone is beside themselves but so is Alec. He isn't better and he just takes one step forward then two steps back. He keeps relapsing."  Jace looked at me with a pointed look. "You have to let us see him. At least Max and Isabelle. They need to know that he is okay and that he isn't dead." I looked down at Alec and thought for a few minutes, "Okay, yes they can come but in a few weeks I need to get him ready for something as big as this." Jace nodded, "Deal, I'll be back in three weeks and I'm not taking a no for an answer."
