It's been a couple weeks since Hanbin got irritated at me. Since then he's changed(?) I just feel like something's different.

I feel someone kiss my cheek, I jump in surprise. I turn my head and come face to face with Hanbin.

"You scared me!" I choke out.

He smiles with his dimples mischievously. He wraps his arms around my waist, I stand there still. I still felt uncomfortable with him and I'm not sure why, it just doesn't feel right...

He whispers into my ear, "Let's hangout at my place later I'm not taking a no for an answer."

"Hanbin I-" He places his finger on my lips.

"See you after school baby." He squeezes my waist before he walks away.

I sigh out, why do I feel anxious?

"I'm surprised they've been together that long." I hear the whispers around me.

"She's probably sleeping with him already tch."

Their criticisms ring in my head. I grab my phone and decide to call Jeongin. I bite my lip, please pick up the phone. He doesn't answer right away like he usually does. I sit down on a bench nearby and try to breathe.

"Are you okay? Is everything alright?"

"Yeah I'm sorry I needed someone to talk to."

"Well I'm all ears June bug." I can imagine him smiling.

I close my eyes and picture him next to me. I imagine his dimpled smile, his bright eyes peering into my own. His boyish grin beaming at me.

"Can you sing for me?" I question with a shaky voice.

"Anything for you June."  I hear him clear his throat.

He chuckles out, "I'm nervous."

I laugh as well, "Don't be it's only me."

A teardrop escapes my eye and I wipe it away. Jeongin's soothing voice comforts me. It's like the feeling of being wrapped in a warm blanket in a winter morning.

"June?" Jeongin says softly. I hum in response.

"Don't listen to what people say about you because none of it is true, you know that right?"

"Yeah... I do."

"I have to go now, my lunch just ended. But don't hesitate to call me okay? And if anyone else makes you cry I'll make sure they regret it!"
