+First Day Of My Life, Bright Eyes+
"But now I don't care I could go anywhere with you, and I'd probably be happy."Third Person POV
"Hey Jeongin!" June calls after her best friend. She
"Hey Jeongin!" June waves her tiny hands with enthusiasm as she approaches her neighbor. Jeongin simply nods acknowledging her. He was far too shy to speak especially to a girl.
Although he didn't say a greeting back June didn't feel any kind of discouragement. Instead she felt more motivated to make Jeongin her friend.
It was the first day of school and because they lived a couple minutes away from the school by walking their parents allowed them to walk to school. To June this meant she will be able to try to get closer to Jeongin everyday even if it was just a couple minutes.
"Are you excited to see who's going to be in your class?" June questions as she walks beside him. She adjusts her straps of her backpack on her shoulders.
Jeongin doesn't answer and keeps his head down. June twiddles her thumbs together not knowing how to respond. He's very shy she thinks.
"Well I'm excited! I wonder how the school is." She tries to keep the conversation going.
"I like your backpack it's cool!" She points at his spider-man backpack. He yet again doesn't respond and silence settles between the two.
They arrive at the gates of the school and right before they part Jeongin whispers a soft, "Thank you."
June barely heard it because of the screams and chatter of the kids around her, nevertheless she heard it. At first she thought she was imagining things, no I definitely heard it! She walked the hallways with the largest smile on her face that day. She accomplished getting a word out of him, and to little 8 year old June it meant a lot.

And so Jeongin slowly opened up to the hyper girl. June step by step walked into his life, her presence growing more and more as the school year went by. The two were attached to each other and everyone could see.
During the spring break of that year both families decided to go camping. The kids were ecstatic, the whole ride there consisted of the reoccurring question: Are we there yet?
The parents were about to rip their hairs out to say the least. The biggest sigh of relief came from all the parents once they arrived to the camp ground.
"Jeongin look! Look at the lake!" June shakes him, excitement shining in her eyes.
Jeongin nods and smiles, his dimples evident.
"Wait until we unpack everything kids!" Jeongin's mom tells us as she brings out the tents.
"Let's go help them so we can go in the lake faster!" June states and she pulls Jeongin to the car with her.
After unpacking everything and setting up the tents it was too late to enjoy the lake.
"It's too late honey we can go to the lake all day tomorrow." June's mom says to June while patting her head. June pouts and nods her head with disappointment.
