Chapter 6

Taliyah

I closed my eyes tightly, cringing at the dress Kayla held up for me to see, bringing out the fifth dress which was most revealing out of all of the rest. I swear The more she showed me the worst it got. I swear these dresses were like pieces of cloth, how did she own so many?

Letting out a harsh breath in defeat, Kayla said "oh for crying out loud you need  to get your grove on tonight, just for one night stop being the shy timid Taliyah and come out as the seductive goddess, if this is your smart way of telling me you not going think again I'm dragging your ass no matter what.... don't wear a dress and you going naked."

I let out a surprised gasp at Kayla's words... that brought a smirk to hear face. Seeing that I wouldn't win this argument... I went into her walk in closet to see what could be passable. In the corner of my eyes something sparkled in the light. Turning my gaze i was met with a beautiful flared dress with a long v-neckline that brought all the attention to itself. Kayla wanted me to have an ultra  ego.. this dress was the perfect job for it.

Seeing me eyeing the dress Kayla quickly nodded her head in approval. Smiling she said "This is definitely going to bring out a different side of you i can't wait to see so now hurry along go clean up so we can begin your transformation. 

I did as instructed and headed to my room... tonight was going to be so different.. I would be doing what normal people did... i was finally getting my life back. Even though the whole point of tonight is to get my mind off of him. Maybe I can find someone else that would keep my mind busy..... psssh who am I fooling... no body wants me... I'll just have fun with Kayla at least she brings smiles to my face.

After freshening up I came back into Kayla room so she could do my hair and makeup...imagine this is the first time in years  have pampered myself ...well Kayla getting all dolled up... this brought joy to my heart.

And after an hour of hissing from the hot iron the flattened my hair, the eyes watering from the mascara and Kayla constantly telling me beauty is pain.... I stood in-front of a full length mirror wondering who is this girl looking back at me.. She held so much confidence and looked full of life ... this caused my eyes to water but Kayla quickly came with a napkin to wipe it away so it won't mess up my make up. 

"Taliyah you look beautiful, and I know you been through hell and back .. I can't even imagine how strong you are... Tonight is your night so lets forget about my jerk of  brother and get you twerking on the dance fall"

I chuckled at Kayla's last statement... she always knew how to lighten the mood but hearing about him got me thinking again... what would he think about how i look... would he even approve of where I'm going... oh why am i thinking about him, like Kayla said tonight is my night and he is not my dad so time to have fun!

Kayla looked at me like I had two heads... seeing that i haven't answered her for the last few minutes due to my mental argument... smiling i said "Lets go twerk shall we" as I extended my arm out for hers.. shocked she just stood there for a moment but then brushed it off and intertwined our hand together. I don't know where this new build confidence came but I loved it.

As we approached the club getting out of the car the music blasted meeting the rhythm of my heart beat.... as we came nearer my nerves started to kick in but Kayla gave my hand a genuine squeeze telling me that everything was going to be okay .. taking a deep breath we entered.

Adrian  

"Tell me where the hell is Alfonso hiding or I will not hesitate to remove another finger!" I yelled. My anger was getting the best of me as this as this was the third mutt we were torturing for answers about Alfonso's whereabouts.. these  fuckers were for sure loyal as they wouldn't talk .. they act like they worship Alfonso's dick. 

"I ain't telling you shit" he said.... oh how I wanted to put a bullet in this idiot's head. Closing my eyes to try and calm down my anger I pictured her beautiful face which instantly calmed down my blood pressure. Turning my gaze I signaled to Vince who was leaning against the wall to finish up this mutt while i went to pour a drink for myself at his bar. With pleasure Vince relied with an evil smirk on his face. "Like what you did with this place must have taken a lot of money for the interior design... it's a shame this is the last time you see it'. i told the mutt in amusement.

From behind I could hear his pleas and the enormous fear prevailing in his voice... this was like music to my ears. he screamed in agony when Vince took of a finger which brought a smile to my lips... power radiated from me as i seeped on my whisky and watched the mutt dead in his eyes waiting for him to take his last breath as Vince kept giving him multiple punches everywhere, face, stomach... the cracking of his bones caused me to laugh... I know i could always count on Vince that's why he is  my second in command.  

"Wait wait!, I have some useful info the mutt said flinching away bracing himself for the next blow. upon hearing this I put my hand up telling Vince to hold up for a second. Approaching him I stood over his bloody state and whispered deadly.... "you better have something that is causing you to have a longer so spit it.

Too afraid to watch me in the eyes he kept his gaze at his feet as he spoke.... "no body knows where Alfonso went you have to believe after that girl left he just took off leaving everything in control to his second in command. At the mention of her my heart faced... what the hell is wrong with me... how can someone have this much affect on me?

"Please don't kill me that is all I know." I let let out a venomous chuckle at his last words. Replying to his plea I whispered in his ears as I could he feel trembling with fear "Oh you a funny one i promise it will be a fast death no suffering for your useless information. And with that i pulled out my gun and echoed a shot right between the middle of his eyes. The eyes which once held fear now looked back at me soullessly.

Turning around I fixed my suit and told Vince to call the clean up crew and that we were off to the club to clear our heads. nodding he did as instructed

Getting in my car i waited for Vince to come for us to go. Can you believe it is a whole week since I have made conversation with Taliyah, she must hate me.. I am sure a jerk but i cannot rest until I know for sure she is safe, Alfonso is a threat that I need to get rid of, i just didn't know it would be so fucking difficult. The only peace I find now a days is watching Taliyah sleep i swear. I know its creepy but she brings out a different side of me.

"look i know you stressed but we will find him" Vince said interrupting my thought. "Yes i know but right now we need to get our minds off things so shall we" i replied as we parked by the club.

Passing through the back door as I'm a shareholder and investor i was meet by a swamp of people but what brought my attention was the goddess that brought all eyes devour her and her every more. This made me both angry and horny .... who said they could lay their eyes and what mine and boy was she a tease... i would for sure show show her how much of her tease she is.
