I is for I Would Recommend
Since I have a very small social life, I spend most of my abundant free time watching movies, listening to music, and reading. I’ll literally read an entire series or watch a movie over and over and never get tired of it. So I’m going to recommend some of these things to you.
For books, I would recommend The Green Glass Sea by Ellen Klages. It’s about Dewey, a tomboy, who goes to live with her father on a military base. He has to go away for a meeting, so she goes to stay with her dad’s friend. Eventually, something happens, and Dewey has to stay longer than she thought. It’s one of my favorite books, I would recommend it to basically anyone.
For movies, I would recommend Frozen. Elsa has magic ice powers that allows her to freeze stuff and make it snow. Anna, her sister, doesn’t know about this and gets shut out by Elsa. Eventually, they grow up, and Elsa is eligible to become queen in place of her mother. Something happens, and Elsa runs away. Anna goes off to find her, and makes a few friends along the way. It’s an interesting as well as adorable movie, and has an awesome soundtrack.
Music is kind of a hard one to recommend because I could recommend artists or songs or albums for different moods, basically everything. I’m just going to do albums. If you’re trying to fall asleep, I would recommend Ed Sheeran’s album, +. It’ll make anyone fall asleep, in the best way possible, of course. If you’re feeling energetic though, I would recommend All Time Low, Nothing Personal. Most of their songs are really jumpy and danceable. So basically if you’re home alone and feel like having a dance party by yourself, this is definitely the album to listen to.
