You woke up at the campsite, in a small cabin bedroom, your dad must have carried you there while you were still asleep.
You hopped off the bed and pulled out your cellphone from your bag. The fully charged phone was being non responsive. You angrily threw the phone on the ground when you realized that you're in a no reception zone.
"Ugh! How am I supposed to text or play games without any reception?!" You screamed.
Desperate for some entertainment you reluctantly decided to play some board games with your parents until it was time for bed.
Nightfall came and you were out like a light, all that boredom made it easy for you to pass out. Suddenly you were awoken by sounds of howling and screaming.
"Probably a coyote." You mumbled, pulling the covers over your head. The howling soon got louder and louder until you couldn't take it anymore! Grabbing a crowbar from under your bed you went outside to find whatever was making that noise.
It was dark and cold but you kept walking, the icy wind blew through your pyjamas causing you to shiver.
You saw a shadowy figure kneeling in the distant woods. The closer you got the louder the howl, you gasped as you noticed the animal was caught in some trap. Once it saw you it started freaking out, howling and thrashing itself around out of fear.
"Hey easy there little guy I won't hurt you." You said softly trying to soothe it.
The wild beast started to calm down, looking at you with his sky blue eyes. You squinted your eyes to get a better look at him. He had a cute black nose, yellowish fur, wearing white gloves, socks and red shoes with white tips. He also has two big fluffy tails. A mobian fox! You think to yourself, the poor little guy was stuck in a fox trap.
Using the crowbar in your hand you free the little fox boy.
"There you go cutie, you're free now." You smiled at him reassuringly. The fox looked at his foot then at you, a small blush dusted his muzzle, though you couldn't see it through the darkness.
As you turned around to go back to your cabin you were quickly taken off guard when you felt a pair of arms wrapped around your waist.
"T-thank you miss." Before you could reply he disappeared.
