He dragged me and Ashton yet again to a very dark, dingy room with minimal lighting. I could barely see the man's face, and I was glad for that. He slammed me down onto a chair, all of this was way too familiar for me. He started pacing the room and had that same devilish smile on his face that I just wanted to smack right off.

"Looks like you two were getting very comfortable, huh?" He said. Neither of us answered and he chuckled "well look here I could walk right past and not notice this rat wasn't there" he continued as he pointed to Ashton, "but when I don't see this little girl.." he put a finger under my chin and it made me cringe even more "I won't have it and I knew I had to find you two. I knew you were in the same place since you haven't left each other's side since you got here."

He continued to walk around and rubbing his hands together as he laughed and continued talking "Now, you don't want to end up like your mother, do you?" He asked and my body stiffened yet again, his words sending shivers down my spine. "Answer me!" He shouted when I didn't respond right away.

"N-no" I mumbled. I saw Ashton look at me in fear, the words having the same effect on him.

"Then I suggest you don't try anything, am I clear?" He said sternly.

"Y-yes" I stuttered, yet again.

"Good, then we are on the same page." He said. I wanted to get out of here more than anything right now. I just wanted to run away with Ashton and forget this town and forget this place.

"I could take out this little shit and no one would care," he said, pointing to Ashton, then looking back at me "but you, if I would make you go away, people would surely notice and we couldn't have that, could we?" His sinister smile still present on his face. The words made my body stiffen up even more. I didn't know why he hated Ashton so much.

"W-why is that?" I asked quietly.

"Because honestly no one gives a shit about him, he was a nobody when I found him so he's sure as hell still a nobody. But I knew you were well known around your school and town so if you suddenly disappeared then-"

"I already 'suddenly disappeared!" I interrupted, showing sudden courage.

"What did I say about interrupting me!" He said, raising his voice. "And I have a plan to make sure no one worries about you.." he continued, pulling something out of his pocket. I recognized it as soon as he pulled it out.

It was my cell phone, I completely forgot about it, I had it when I came in here with Luke. I hadn't even thought to check my pockets since I've been here.

"Here I have your phone, and what your gonna do is text your friends and tell them you are fine and you are with your aunt in Mexico" he explained.

"But I-I don't have any aunts and my friends know that.." I said, trying my best not to sound like I was talking back.

"Then tell them your with your uncle! God dammit I don't care just tell them something!" He raised his voice, startling me. "Because I know they are gonna plan some idiotic plan to come and heroically save you, but I don't want that to happen. So I'm gonna watch you text all of them, well all three of them, since I know no one else gives a shit about you, not even your parents....so text." He said, I could smell his rank breath from two feet away.

I hesitantly took the phone and started for Luke, Cammie and Michael's numbers. I took a deep breath and forced my fingers to start typing.

To: Luke, Michael, Cammie,

Hey guys, don't worry about me, I'm with my uncle in Mexico now. I'm staying here for a while. I'm sorry I didn't tell you till now. But I'm okay.

I slowly pressed the send button. I could feel the man's eyes practically burning holes into my back. I felt his breathing on my shoulder and shuddered, just thinking of how close he was.
