I glance at myself in the mirror. My black hair looks the same, but my eyes still glow a little red. I can't help but let out a groan. I really shouldn't have drained the blood out of that one guy. What was his name? Oh yeah, Kim Taehyung. I kind of liked him. Even if we somehow started a relationship, he would be dating a human at the same time, like that fucking Park Jimin. He really shouldn't have cheated on a vampire with a human. I was certainly full that night. 

My lips are still lightly stained red. I really should have kept Taehyung alive though. His blood was certainly delicious. 

I glance out my window and notice that the sun is finally going down. I can actually walk in the day time, eat garlic, all of those things. Yes, a wooden stake to the heart can kill me, but who wouldn't that kill? I normally go out at night because that's when the actual monsters are out and about. Those humans. They don't realize they're getting worse and worse every century. 

I go up to the roof of my house and jump, turning into a bat before I hit the ground. I start flying into the city, looking around for anyone. I find an ally so I morph back into a human as I touch the ground. I go to the entrance of the alley and look around. So much light. It's kind of hurting my eyes it's so bright.

I start walking to my left and continue walking until I hear someone say, "Stop! Please! Let me go!"  I growl and take off in the direction I heard it. Apparently, it was a few blocks away but it sounded closer. Something's definitely wrong with this. 

It's in another alley and I spot this male being trapped by other males. They smell like werewolves. Great, these bastards. One of the stops and holds out his hand. The human in front of them whimpers and tries to crawl away from them. The closest one stops him and the human can't help but let tears out. 

"What's wrong, Jinsiek?" The guy who I assume is Jinsiek doesn't respond and moves his head up, smelling the air. 

"Someone's here with us. And it smells like..." 

"A vampire?" I come out of hiding and one of the 4 werewolves run towards me. It's only a few minutes before I knock them out or kill them. I look back at the human and he flinches when I walk towards him. "It's ok, I'm here to help you." 

"Were they werewolves?" I curse under my breath and try to smile. Looks like I'm going to have to erase his memory of them being werewolves and maybe even me being a vampire. I crouch down in front of him and look into his eyes. They somehow manage to draw me in. 

"Keep eye contact with me, okay?" He nods and I continue. "Forget the fact that the people who attacked you were werewolves and forget the fact that I'm a vampire. Just remember 4 people came to you and tried to rape you but a nice bystander helped you." He nods and repeats it back. "Now sleep." The man's head falls forward and his breathing instantly slows. I stand up and sigh. This man isn't a vampire because I just compelled him, but why do his eyes draw me in? No human should have that power...

I hear a gasp coming from my bed and I look up. The human woke up and is looking around, kind of scared. He starts whimpering when he spots me, looking at him curiously. 

"Who, who are you? Where am I?" I let out a small smile at him. 

"I'm Jeon Jungkook. You're at my house. 4 men were trying to rape you last night so I saved you and brought you here. What's your name?"
