Chapter 4: Tris pov
"TRIS WAKE UP! QUICK! FIRE!" Holy crap, I think as I try to get out of bed. My attempt is unsuccessful because I end up falling out of the bed on my face, but getting up quickly for whatever is going on.
"What's going on Tobias?!" I say, panicked. I wait for a response, but only find Tobias cracking up laughing, probably close to peeing his pants.
"TOBIAS!!! WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING IN A TIME LIKE THIS?! We need to get out of here!!!" This only makes him laugh harder.
"TOBIAS!" I try again. He starts to calm down and is catching his breath as he says, "Tris....." more laughing.
"T-Tris!!!" even more laughing.
"Tris...." I cross my arms in my chest and give him a "I know you are hiding something so tell me know or else" look.
He finally slows the laughing down enough to talk and smirks,"There's no fire, but...." He takes a break to take off his shirt. "....its definitely hot in here!" He says wiggling his eyebrows on the last part.
I don't even miss a beat before slapping his face. He smiles his golden smile and leans in to kiss me, but I scoot away and hold my foot out causing him to fall right on his face. I double over onto the bed laughing as he slowly gets up rubbing his face. This causes me to laugh more.
"There!" I manage to get out. "We're even now!"
"Oh I don't think so!" He says as he jumps on top of me and tickles me. We are both cracking up laughing until he stops and our laughs die down. We stare at each other for a while, me getting lost in his stormy blue eyes, until he bends down and kisses me. This time I let him, because I can't punish myself!
We kiss for a while until I break apart. "I gotta go get ready, but I'll be quick!" I promise, smiling.
I hurry up and take a 10 minute shower and then pull on some blue jeans and a black v-neck. I am still trying to get used to mixed-colors and no factions.
I walk out and smile at Tobias. "Ready to go?" he asks, smiling back. I nod and grab his hand. We walk off to go get breakfast and to meet up with our friends.
Well there you go! Sorry it was short and that I haven't updated in while! I've been really busy with dance practices, dance auditions, and studying for my Spanish final. I'll try to update more soon!
