Unbelievably True

Four closes in.
"Your eyes....they lit up with the exact same glow that came from the pendant."

I take a deep breath and take out a long sigh.

"Look, im fine. Now, what were you asking me earlier, Nine?" I sternly say.

Nine chuckles, "Haha you look cute trying to act all tough. And your eyes are still glowing light blue."

Ugh, hopefully this will fade away soon.

"What's your question earlier?" I sneer bashfully.

"You are familiar with the wastelands, right?" Nine asks.

"Um, i think so." I answer. But i think the knowledge wouldnt be coming from me, it will come from this pendant.

"Will you be willing to help us find something?" He continues.

"Oh, of course!" I smile.

Nine suddenly has a shocked face, "You didnt even have time to think....?"

"Actually, its our people's way to do so" I beam.
"We try and help anyone out in the wastelands, especially since there's a few who know them better than us. And we cant just let people wander around and get lost. But anyway, i would be happy to help you with what u need" i smile warmly.

Nine smiled back, complementing his cute dimples. "Thank you. We are very grateful for your help" he bows slightly.

"We're looking for an old abandoned church" Zero suddenly butts in, and i couldnt help but scowl at him.

I try and wrack my brain, trying to use the pendant.
I close my eyes, and i could feel the prndant glow.

It seemed like a small map at first, and yet i could see everything between our range between the cities and this barren land.

It couldnt be that old building beacuse it was a library a long time ago...

I look out to a particular horizon and it clicks.

"I think i might know what you're looking for so please follow me." I announce, the light from the pendant slowly dying.

I brought the men to the church as requested. Although the trip didnt take long as i thought it would go,(as shown by the pendant) since the guys had a rover ready to go.

As soon as we set foot on the place,
Zero begins to wander around, looking at everything in wonder.

But just as quickly, Four walks up to him, grabbes him by his shoulder and stopped him. "Dont wander around mission sites" Four says, his face showing pure seriousness. "Especially before Nine has given you any instructions"

At the mention of Nine, the three of us turn to look at Nine, but he wasnt where he was before.

Zero shakes of Four's hand and walks further away.

"Where is Nine...?" I say under my breath.

"Aishe. Here even....?" He suddenly says.

I watch Four confusingly as he wanders around with rocks and whatsoever crunching under his feet.

Since Four was distracted,  Zero happily took this chance to wander around freely.

He quickly glanced at me for a slight second then he stops and examines one of the statues.
