9- Jail Time

BASED OFF EPISODE 11:

I spin around in Cisco's office chair, chugging coffee like its my job. A hand stops the pivoting, causing me to jerk forward and nearly spilling my drink. I cough and cast Ralph a look.
"Watch it, Stretchy Guy," I teleport my hand over to the trash can and drop the cup in. Ralph Dibny lets go of the armrest with his lengthened arm.
"Don't call me that. Cisco, I need a better name," he says.
"Not right now. Right now, we're trying to get Barry out of prison," Cisco reminds him, agitated.
Ralph leans in slightly, places his hand to the side of his mouth, as if to tell a secret.
"Is that why Sky's in a pissy mood?"
I try to act like I don't hear him, and pull on my jacket. "Its 1:30. Gotta go see Barry. Try not to burn down the city while I'm at it."
"I didn't burn it down, that was an accident," Ralph protests. "Hey, do you think your friend with the tech can give me a name?"
"No, Sanjay is busy. He's got too much stuff to do, just like me." I teleport to the entrance of Iron Heights. I enter the building and request to see Barry.

There are other people waiting in line, and when it finally comes me turn, I waste no time taking a seat. At last, I see Barry's beaming face on the other side of the glass. He pulls the phone up to his ear, "its been a while."
"Only a day," I remind him with a smile.
"Feels like forever."
"I bet your inmates suck," I glance over at the waiting prisoners in line. "Did you join any gangs yet?"
"Yep, Barry Allen, Fastest Thug Alive." Barry grins.
I smirk, "okay, whatever you say. So, while you were chillin' like a villain, Ralphy has been acting..."
"Cocky? I saw him on the news. I was surprised a certain electrical superhero wasn't with him, making sure he didn't get hurt."
"Yeah... Dibny thought he could handle it himself. I let him, to see what he could do. You know, give him another chance. The last time he went out, it backfired--"
The bell buzzes, telling us our time is up. I keep my gaze focuses on Barry, as he places a hand on the glass. "Be safe, okay?" he tells me. "Tell the others I'll be okay."
"We're going to get you out of here," I promise.
"I know. You're stubborn and determined that way."
I smile and place my hands against his. "I'm not that stubborn," I pause. "I love you, Barry."
"I love you too. I'll be waiting for you. I mean, there's nothing much for me to do anyway."
"Sit tight. It won't be long now," I get up as him and I put the phones down.

I nearly flip the chair over, I get up so fast. "I'm going to punch Trickster in the face."
Caitlin, Cisco, and Iris do not object. Even though Caitlin looks nervous about my sudden burst of anger. Ralph grins, "count me in, Sparkles."
Iris shakes her head, "no Ralph. Let Sky handle this, you don't even know Trickster."
"He's looking for me, he's gonna get me. Come on, Iris. He throws bouncy balls and wears a bedazzled pea coat, I got this."
"I'm backup," I announce.
"Sky is backup," Iris agrees. "No excuses," she adds to Dibny.
Ralph smiles, "its go time." He tries to rip open his suit, like someone I know. "Um, okay. Guess I might be stuck in this. Hey Cisco, can you breach me there? Its a lot faster."
Cisco frowns and I roll my eyes. This is going to go well.

It has only been three minutes and Ralph is getting his ass handed to him. A lot of screaming is coming from the speakers, and his suit is lighting up.
"Okay, I'm going in," I pull on my mask. "Care to join me, Crisco?"
Cisco zips up his Vibe suit, "way ahead of you." He opens a breach.
We arrive at the same time. I throw a lightning bolt at Trickster, while Cisco grabs Ralph.
At STAR Labs again, and things are not looking good. Ralph's leg is burning with acid.
Caitlin puts gloves on and checks the wound on the medical room.
Ralph looks at it, "I thought I was indestructible."
"We did too," Harry said, patting him on the shoulder.
"Now we know what your Kryptonite is," Iris comments.
"What's that?" Ralph asks freaking out.
"A superhero term," I follow Iris, Cisco and Harry out.
