CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS PART ONE [SPOILERS AHEAD]

The skies are turning red with doom. Barry races throughout the city while I teleport from place to place.
"Cisco, is it a citywide event or the world?" Barry asks through his coms. "Cisco?"
I land next to him, "coms are on the frizz. I'm guessing its more than we thought."
A beam of light illuminates the road in front of us, and Lyla stands in a news suit made of a dark purplish blue.
   "Lyla?" Barry furrows his brow.
"I'm Harbingers now. I'm here to tell you Crisis has begun."
"The Monitor sent you here for me?"
"Both of you." She glances at me, "you're aware?"
   I nod, "yes, I am."
Barry takes a breath, "we're ready."
Lyla gives us an assuring look, then transports us to a different Earth to start the war.
... I find myself staring at Kara and Clark on Earth-38, along side Sara and Ray.
"The tower looks like a threat," Oliver says.
Barry turns around, "no, its not."
"Its a quantum tower," Ray says. "Its not a threat."
"And its the only thing that can save this world," Lyla informs.
"Wait, back up. You need to repeat all of that again, because that last time we went through this, we were traveling through the vacuum of space," I say.
"A debrief, but we don't have time," Lyla responds. "At the beginning of time, the Monitor placed quantum towers like this on Earths so its lives could be saved."
"By this, I should think it can create a quantum flux field to move them across time and space," Brainy recalls. "Which could, theoretically...
"Reverse the exogenic state of the anti-matter wave, thereby dissipating the anti-matter energy," Ray finishes.
"Finally someone who speaks my language," Brainy exclaims.
"I should've paid more attention in Physics," I mumble.
"So this tower can't be destroyed?" Oliver asks.
"If you can protect it," Lyla replies.
"Protect is from what?" Kara questions.
"The Anti-Monitor. He commands forces greater than any army. When the towers get ready to leave by wave, they will thwart any way to save this planet and its people."
"And this 'Anti-Monitor' is doing this because it thinks its worse than Thanos?" I raise my eyebrows.
"Sprock!" Brainy turns to Clark and Lois, "it appears Jonathan's pod has gotten lost on the radar moving towards Earth-16's Star City in the year of 2046. It must have been a temporal wormhole."
"We've been there before," Ray tells Sara, "apparently we didn't just travel to the future, we traveled to another universe."
"I'm going after him," Clark starts for the door.
"Clark, you can't," Oliver tells him.
"Those are two words I'm not used to hearing, and my son is on that planet."
"I'm a parent and I get it. But the entire universe needs you. When that tower gets attacked, you need to be here to protect it."
   "I'll go," Lois volunteers.
   "Lois..." Clark starts.
"I'll back you up," Sara says. "I know the terrain."
"As will I," Brainy offers. "I can track his location, and I'm good with children."
"The rest of us need to prepare," I say. "This is the fight of our lives and others, and we need to make it count. Everything is at stake."
"Just as somewhat epic as I imagined," a dirty-blond haired girl tells me.
"Thanks... I think. You look familiar, do I know you?"
"I'm Mia Queen, Oliver's daughter. I heard a lot about you, Sky McGray, and your adventures of being Electrical Strike."
"Glad to know my legacy doesn't go to waste. Its nice to meet you, Mia. I look forward to working with you. I wish it was on better terms and not the end of the existence."
"You two are going to get along just fine," Oliver grins. "Um, Mia, there's something I want to show you before we head out."
"Alright, Dad. See you on the battlefield, Sky."
"See you then," I turn to see Barry. "What's the look for?"
"You handle kids well," he replies with a smile.
"Hold your breath because that's not going to be for awhile. But Hope'll be worth it, our little Outlet. I mean, I know history's a little askew, but... Lets just try to take it one second at a time."
"Its going to be okay," Barry replies as we walk outside.
"Are you scared?" I ask him.
"I won't be scared as long as I have our friends close by."
   "Me neither."
"And I won't be scared with you by my side."
I take his hand and squeeze it tightly. "Till death do us part... the afterlife and beyond."
"So," Oliver says, "the fastest man alive shows up late to the Crisis we've been expecting for years. Its not the best look, Barry."
"Lyla had us doing some recon for the quantum towers," Barry tells him.
"I don't remember that too much, it was a blur," I remark.
"But remember when I showed you the 'red skies and crisis' in a newspaper? Well, that was supposed to be this Crisis when I die."
   "No."
   "No?"
"We need to talk," Oliver hollers at the sky. "We need to talk right now!"
"Who is he talking to?" Barry mutters.
"Someone beyond our knowledge for now," I guess.
