The Chip ~Genos

Genos' POV

I've been looking for innocent people to save, but, it looks like I saved all of City B. Today, I shall go visit Dr. Kusero since, half of my face is missing...

I make my way to City Z, where I now live, by myself, as you see I was a boy, before I was a cyborg. My back story is simple...

Cyborgs killed my family, ruined my village... I do not wish to speak more of this... Inappropriate timing, I shall get to that later...

Dr. Kusero was the one who saved me from dying, he turned me into a cyborg, because that was the only way to save my life. I owe my life to him. I am in great debt to him.

I make my way to his small, laboratory.
This is where all the magic happens...
"Genos my boy! Back so soon?" Doctor says looking at my distorted face.
"Yes, Doctor, I did not find any injustice or crime in City B." I say, disappointed.
"I'm always glad to see you! Let's fix you up hmm?" He walks over to his infinite toolbox of gadgets and gizmos.

I sit on the stool he pulls out for me.
"Genos, son, you need to be more careful." Doctor chuckles.
"You just about ripped your whole face off son."
"I am sorry Doctor, fights get rough, and moves from the filthy criminals are unexpected at times, they tend to go for my face, and I do not understand why. " I respond.
Doctor chuckled a bit and continued working on my face.

Doctor had finished up his work and handed me a chip.
I look at it, confused.
"Doctor, what is the use of this chip?" I ask, puzzled.

"I have added something to that chip that will help you later on. It will come in great use in the future, Genos. There is more power in that chip than any weapon, emotion, magic, you name it. It possesses the greatest power anyone could ever have. That power must be used for good, Genos. That power can hurt an important person you will come across soon, without you realizing it, you must be aware when you unlock its power, and fully understand what it contains and you can control it. If you use too much, it can go so many different routes, you will know when you have unlocked it. It will rage inside your heart, mind, and soul, do you understand son?"

I was so bewildered about what this chip was. What it did, and what power? I don't understand, at all...
"Yes, Doctor, I understand." I lie.

"You make me proud, you'll find great use in this chip." Doctor says.

Doctor inserts the chip into my hard drive, there is no turning back now, it will remain in my system for as long as I may exist.

I was ready to go and look for danger, I say my goodbye to Doctor. What did he mean? What he said to me about that chip, glued to my mind...

What power? What do you mean by different routes? Why would it hurt an important person? Anyone could have this power, why? How? I was determined to unlock its power.

I start to explore City Z,

I walk past a place that sells Television And Electronic Devices to consumers.
"A Mosquito outbreak, threat level: Demon"
A swarm of mosquito flash right pass me, I feel the breeze they left behind them.
I finally found danger, I shall save these innocent people of City Z from this outrageous turn of injustice!!
I will take this into my own hands, For I am...
