Promise you'll remember me

IT WAS JONGHYUN"S (birth) DAY

When I got home,my parents surprised me with a cake as a way of congratulating me for my result.Then I suddenly remembered that today was Jonghyun"s birthday.
I hurriedly went out to order a birthday cake for Jonghyun at the Apink Cake shop.
I call him several times but he did not pick up his phone.Then frustrated brought the cake with me and buy other several gifts on my way back home.I lay in bed waiting him to call me back.My phone rang and it was my brother.I pick up and inform him about the fake stuff that Sehun knew and I further told him I will reveal the real me tomorrow.I don't care about going to California anymore.
He told me I've really become better and mature.He is grateful that I decided to make that kind of decision.He says that I made the right choice.
After we hang up,there were 5 miss calls from Jonghyun.
I call him back and told him to come at 2Ne1 park right now and I hang up not waiting to hear him speak.
I look at the time.It was 11:00pm.It's late but I sneak out without informing my parents.

When I reach the park "Minny you're late" .I heard him shouting from a distance.
"Can't you help me carrying all this stuffs?" I shout at him back.
"What's with all this stuffs?" He ask.
"It's all for you Jonghyun-ah....HAPPY JONGHYUN DAY" I scream.
We sat in the bench and as I make him cut the birthday cake,I sang him a hapoy birthday song.Then I took out two friendship bracelets and give him one and I wear the other one.
When I ask him why he did not pick up my calls,he apologized and told me that his friends in SM Entertainment throw him a birthday party and as soon as he saw my calls,he quickly call me back.
"Oh....sorry.I should've known that you were celebrating your birthday too" I apologized.

"It was over anyway" he chuckles.
He ask me if I had told my father about IKON hospital.
"I will tell him next year" I say.

"Why next year"

"If I tell my father now,he will quickly arranged for US.That means I will  not be able to go to school anymore.Since I still wanted to enjoy my time here in Korea,I don't decide to tell him yet" I reply.

He's surprised and ask "If you go to the hospital this year,you will enjoy early in the future coming days....so why wait for another year?"

"Doctors suggests my parents to perform surgery but I refuse.Once they operate me,I will lost all of my memory...and will not be able to regain it back.But if I don't have surgery soon,I can die any moment" I cry a bit.

"Don't worry.I will be by your side.You'll be fine,I promised." Jonghyun said.

I look at Jonghyun and apologize for making his birthday a sad and gloomy one.But he said he enjoyed alot and is glad that I remember his birthday.I chuckled.

"Hyunny,how is your celebrity life?"

He stare at the sky and response "I don't know"

I ask what he meant my that.

"As a celebrity,one always face criticism,some people hate and bad mouth us...false rumours always spread about us and some were intolerable.I feel like people doesn't want to know me.But I'm still here today only because of the people who love me".This is what he said.

I replied."You seems to be depressed.If you wanted to talk about anything,I'm always here for you.And you know life is unfair but it is worth living......Maybe you should come over my house for tomorrow's dinner.My mom and dad will be really glad to see you."

I look at the time and it was already 1:08am.Then we went back together and he drop me near my house and then head back to his dorm.
