Lucy's POV
I wandered the streets of Magnolia, watching my home wake up in the gorgeous sunset. Being an artist is difficult, especially in a world where art is looked down upon, unless someone wants to listen to some music or get a tattoo; my art only stands in tattoos, in a nearby parlor called Celestial Rainbow, which is full of strangely named staff: my boss is called Aquarius, and she can be tough, but I know she has a soft spot, somewhere. Somewhere hidden.
When I get to work, a burst of pink hair greets me as she's sweeping away the dust that accumulated overnight. Aries quickly finishes her sweeping, and begins to polish the mirrors and frames. Sighing as she does. I feel sorry for her, she has one of the worst jobs here, but I know she needs it just like me. Loke, says a quick hello to me before returning out back, to start up the machines. Aquarius, Capricorn and Cancer are no-where to be seen so far. I change out my clothes and into the signature uniform, I have to wear; a pearl white blouse, short rainbow skirt, and black apron tied around my waist. The shirt shows off my bust, and that's part of the appeal: I'm just some eye candy for when people want a original design.
So far my day's been uneventful; the regulars coming in for another tattoo, but none of them want a fresh design. An hour before my shift ends, a raven haired man strolls up to the front desk like he owns the place. My other part of the job is receptionist.
"How may I help you this afternoon?" I ask, smiling because I know my boss is watching me.
"I'd like an original design." He grunted.
"Well you're looking at the artist." I put my hand over the desk, and grab my sketchpad, and pencils.
"So?" He huffs, blowing a piece of hair out his face.
"I do need some idea of what to draw for you." I sigh, rolling my eyes.
"I need 7 designs. Each of a dragon."
"And when would you like your 7 designs?"
"How about in 2 days?" He shrugs his shoulders.
"I can do that." No I can't. "I'm guessing they all need to be different."
"Yeah. First off a pink dragon wrapped around fire."
"Uh-huh." I mumble taking notes.
"A gold dragon flying below a grey cloud with lightening sparks coming through. A black dragon surrounded by iron. A light blue dragon emerging from a white cloud. A purple dragon covered in green vines. A grey dragon sleeping on a boulder. And finally a white dragon flying in front of the sun."
"Is that it?" I confirm, reading my notes.
"Yeah."
"That'll be $1500 when you've all had the tattoos."
"Heh, I thought it'd be more." He grins.
"Not at the Celestial Rainbow." I smile.
"We'll be back in two days, you'll need the whole day." He steps out the door, and I begin designing, even though Aquarius protests. After my shift ends, I change into my normal clothes and wander to the park.
I sit comfortably on a bench and focus on my job, but keep getting distracted by the only other person in the park sat opposite me. Instead of doing my job, I turn to a clean page, and begin to draw the stranger.

Laxus' POV
Another exhausting day, hiding from my fans, in another city we're touring in: absolutely annoying, but it comes with the job after all. I can't wait till we finally finish this tour and go home.
This disguise should do. A black coat, with feathered lining that covers the majority of my face, accompanied with my black fedora hat, around my neck my headphones. Earlier, Gajeel had texted me, telling me he had found a place that was going to do our tattoos: apparently the artist he met was cute. If she's cute, the band will definitely be interested, apart from Wendy. We all know she has eyes for a childhood friend that she's desperate to catch up with after the 2 years of touring right after they just met again. To be honest, we're all looking for love, especially at our age: ranging from 18-27. I'm not the one who is 27, Eric is, well his stage name is Cobra. Like how mine is Lightening Bolt.
I keep wandering around Magnolia and find myself in a empty park. I sit comfortably on a bench, and start to enjoy the silence, which sometimes is broken for birds to sing. Yet I keep feeling like I'm being watched. I look up and see a lone woman drawing on a bench opposite mine, and she looks up. I stare at her; her beautiful brown eyes, that were filled with happiness and excitement; her blonde locks falling out from her ponytail, shaping her face perfectly; her tongue slightly sticking out of her mouth in concentration; really fucking adorable. She freezes noticing I've seen her drawing, probably me. She waves awkwardly. I wave back. We stay staring at each other and our gaze stays locked for a good few minutes. Slowly, I get up and walk over to her, and she fidgets in her seat.
"Can I see your drawing?" I ask nicely.
"Sure." She smiles, handing me her sketchpad. I look at the drawing, and it really was of me.
"This is really good." I pull out my phone. "You mind if I take a picture?"
"Go ahead." She blushes from the compliment. My flash shines for a second, and I grin with the picture.
"Now, can I get your number?" I hand her, her sketchpad back.
"Sure." She takes my phone, and types in her contact information quickly.
"Thanks... Lucy." I read her name aloud. "Can I put in my number?"
"Here you go." She hands me her smaller phone, and I type my information in slowly, due to the small screen.
"Laxus." She looks up from the screen and smiles at me.
"Text me when you like." I offer. "How old-"
RING! RING! RING!
"Sorry." I mumble, looking at my phone. "Hello?"
"Dude, Wendy's cooking dinner, you better get here now, or you'll be missing out." Sting yells down the line.
"I'll be there before you know it. Don't you dare start without me!" I laugh, hanging up on him.
"I'll text you." Lucy waves goodbye.
"Please do." I whisper, hoping she will.
