"OUT OF THE WAY!" Will Solace screamed, scattering the few Aphrodite kids loitering by the hospital. Will and a few other Apollo kids rushed past them, wheeling a stretcher between them. On said stretcher, was a shell of a girl.
No, she wasn't dead yet. But she sure as Hades looked it. Her once tan skin had a greyish tinge, and the bags under her eyes may as well have been black, they were that dark.
There was vomit stains around her mouth, and every now and then she'd heave. That was the only indicator that she still lived.
People were shouting and chaos began stirring as she was transported onto a hospital bed.
"We have to flush the pills out of her system!" Elise, another daughter of Apollo said, stress and worry written across her face.
"I know! I know!" The head councillor of the Apollo cabin, Will shouted, hands flying over medical machines and appliances. He was scared.
He was scared that if he didn't hurry up, Keisha Townley would be lost forever.

"NO!" A screech pierced through the air, making everyone near Piper McLean cover their ears.
"Please tell me this is come kind of sick joke! Tell me this isn't true."
Elise frowned as Pipers accidental charmspeak washer over her . "This isn't true?"
Breathing heavily, the daughter of Aphrodite raced through the camp to where the sick were being kept. Piper sears jumped from bed to bed until they landed on her.
"No! No no no no nononononononono!" She whisper yelled as he made her way over to the girl. She was alive, at least for now. Nico Di Angelo was seated next to Keisha, a defeated expression on his face. Piper took the seat on the other side of the sleeping girl, and stared. Self loathing washed over her.
'I did this.' Piper thought. 'I should have been there for her, to talk her out of it'
"This wasn't your fault," the son of Hades said quietly, as if reading her thought. Pipers gaze jumped up to meet his, and she sighed.
"It was. When she told me to leave her alone, I did. I knew she wasn't doing good, but I stayed away. Because she asked me too," There were tears in her eyes, and she blinked them back.
"Then it's my fault too." Nico said softly, glancing down at Keisha again. "She mentioned to me that she thought about killing herself. I thought I talked her out of it. I should have known. I should have told someone." His voice cracked at the last part and they sat in silence, both wallowing in their own sadness, unable to form any words. Is this how Keisha felt? Without Leo?
No, Piper thought to herself, Keisha is alive. Leo isn't. She would have been feeling ten times worse than this.

Cards and flowers and chocolates built up on the side table beside the bed where Keisha was staying. She was in a coma, Will had officially announced it a day after she tried to commit suicide. She was alive, at least.
The remaining six of the 'eight' were sitting down by the river, mostly in silence. This was how it had often been, since Keisha was admitted to the hospital two weeks ago. In their own way, each of them felt guilty.
Hazel and Frank had returned to Camp Half Blood as soon as they heard, and were determined to stay until she woke up. The other hoped it would be soon. They couldn't stand being without two of their friends, even though it had been a long time since Keisha had hung out with them. She was just too sad. And they didn't blame her
