Excalibur has his cane shoved in Black*Star's face "You wish to know my legend?"
"Quit screwing around, freak!" Black*Star tells the weapon.
"My legend begins in the 12th century."
"You told us like three times already!" Soleil knows that the patience she doesn't have is wearing thin.
"Shut it, cursed beast! My legend begins in the 12th century. I begin every morning with a cup of coffee. I continue the day with afternoon tea. And at night-"
Black*Star cuts him off "Let me guess, beer? That would fit a geezer like you."
"Fool! It should be obvious that I begin my nights by changing into pyjamas."
"What does this have to do with anything!?"
"We don't need a description of your entire life. Thank you very much." Soleil crosses her arms.
"This has nothing to do with your legend. And at night-" Kid is cut off by Excalibur, again.
"Fools! Do you know of my hat?" Excalibur asks them.
"Who cares?" Black*Star questions.
Soleil is about to make a comment but she's hit on the head with Excalibur's cane "I wasn't asking you, cursed beast!"
She rubs the spot on her head where the cane hit her in annoyance and Kid says "I know it's made of silk."
"Fools! Since you don't know, I'll inform you. The longer the tophat, the greater!"
"Okay? But why did you hit Soleil? She was about to say-"
"Fools! I said tophat. And why should I treat that cursed being like a human?"
Kid is about to say something but Black*Star beats him to it "You're insane, you know that?"
"I knew this would confuse yokels like you."
"Annoying! Too freaking annoying!"
"Calm down, Black*Star. Don't let him get to you." Kid attempts.
Soleil is gritting her teeth and clenching her fists to keep herself from punching that annoying thing. Or grabbing his cane and hitting him with it like he did to her. Speaking of which, that cane hurts a lot.
"How is this a legendary holy sword? What's up with this book?" Black*Star grabs the book from Kid "Nothing in here is true! Who wrote it, anyway? Author... author..." Black*Star reads the name of the author "E... Ecks... kalibar..."
"Excalibur." Kid corrects.
"Seriously!?" Soleil shouts.
Black*Star throws the book on the ground "You wrote it!?"
Excalibur points the cane at Black*Star again "No autographs!"

Black*Star, Kid and Soleil are staring at the pages in their hands, well the boy's hands. Excalibur said he wouldn't allow any 'cursed beast' to wield him. Kid didn't seem very happy with that statement.
"As my new Meisters, here is a list of one thousand clauses I wish for you to adhere to. Please read them thoroughly."
"Every single page is filled." Kid states while looking at the back of the page.
"That's enough text for another book. Such a waste of ink." Soleil mutters while reading over Kid's shoulder.
"I will absolutely need you to participate in number 452, my five-hour story time. Right then!" Excalibur lifts his arms and starts glowing and shifts to his weapon form, floating in the air "You are the chosen ones! Take me in your hands for victory, and glory!
"Victory, and..." Kid begins.
Black*Star finishes "Glory!"
Both boys take the sword and Excalibur speaks up again "We go! Together!"
Wings of light appear on either side of the boys. The light disappears when they put the sword back in the ground and step away from it.
"Idiot! Who would go anywhere with you?" Black*Star questions.
"You disgust me!" Kid snarls.
Soleil stands with her hands shoved in her pockets and an amused grin on her face. The three teens start walking away from the stupid sword.
"Wait! Please, wait!" Excalibur calls out "Okay, I get it! I'll reduce the thousand to eight hundred! But I still need you to do storytime! I'll even stop calling the girl with the eyepatch cursed beast, how about that?"
"You'd have to be a hero just to deal with him." Black*Star mutters.
"Disgusting!" Kid states.
"That shouldn't have lasted any longer or I would've grabbed that cane and broke it on his head." Soleil agrees.

On their way back they run into the fairy from earlier again "Oh! Did you meet Excalibur?"
The boys pull the exact same face as the fairy did earlier, causing Soleil to laugh.
"They met him." Soleil tells the fairy "Good luck with dealing with him." Then she runs through the water to catch up with them.
"Soleil, don't run through it! I'll get wet from the splashing water!" Kid tells her.
Soleil grins and sticks out her tongue "It's just water. It'll evaporate eventually."

Soleil and Maka are both laughing at the signs in their classroom while Lune goes to get the two boys.
"Black*Star, Kid, I think you should see this." She tells them.
The two of them walk in and are completely shocked. There are two huge displays of pink flowers with a picture of Excalibur in the middle. One is labelled 'Black*Star' and the other 'Death the Kid' in comic sans. Above the hangs a sign 'I'll be always waiting for you'. There was a small note with drooping purple flowers between them that said 'but never for you, cursed beast', but Soleil has removed it before Lune could see it.
"You gotta be kidding me..." Black*Star mutters.
"What is all this?" Maka wonders.
"Intense." Soul states.
Both boys pull a face and Black*Star says "Freakin' annoying..."
"Disgusting..."Kid agrees.
