You and Sirius were laying in your bed. It was mid of June, and it was the day of your wedding day. Seventeen years ago, you married Sirius, the love of your life. Sirius spent twelve of them in Azkaban, but he tried to make up everything. You may not have been able to spend the life, you wished when you were younger, but you were together.
That was everything for you. You were his light, next to Harry, in all of these horrible years. Even when he disliked you first, for being a Slytherin, he started to love you, about twenty years ago. If James would have seen the two of you right now, he would have cracked a joke. Lily would have scolded him. Before everything went downhill, the two of you may already have loved each other, but fighting was something that happened every day. You would fight over every little thing, and either Remus or James would be there to talk to you. Without them, you may have split a long time ago. Today, it was only Remus, but Harry did a great job as well.
The best thing about tonight's that we're not fighting
It couldn't be that we have been this way before
I know you don't think that I am trying
I know you're wearing thin down to the core
But hold your breathYou were laying in his arms, while he caressed your back. Something felt different as usual. Maybe it was because you were getting older and a war was coming, but you still could not figure it out. It was a bad feeling in your stomach. The past days, you felt exhausted and threw up in the morning, but you thought that you only caught something. Even with you feeling sick, you had the best wedding day since the first ones. All of the members had been staying away, allowing you to spend the day together. Past dinner, they came back, but the two of you went upstairs anyway. His deep voice interrupted your thoughts, "Is everything okay?"
Because tonight will be the night that I will fall for you
Over again
Don't make me change my mindYou looked up at him and nodded. He shot you a soft smile, before saying, "Today has been one of the best days of my life. I am so happy to be able to spend it with you." You supported yourself on your elbow, after moving a bit up. "Just can say the same. I wish that one day, it could be like this, every single day." His hand moved up to one of your cheeks, which caused both to heat up. "You are just as beautiful, as all those years before." Your face moved closer to his. "I love you," You told him and kissed him with passion. "I love you too. Until the end." He whispered against your lips, before placing his lips back on yours.
Or I won't live to see another day
I swear it's true
Because a girl like you is impossible to find
You're impossible to findYou spent the next day cleaning your room. Sirius would come upstairs, every half an hour, to check on you. With checking on you, you meant kissing your neck, trying to get you in his, and now your, bed. You denied every time since you still did not feel better. In between, Tonks came up as well. She threw herself on the bed, causing you to glare at her. "Did you just made it?" She asked, scratching the back of her head." You just snorted, causing her to whisper an apology.
This is not what I intended
I always swore to you I'd never fall apart
You always thought that I was stronger
I may have failed
But I have loved you from the start
Oh, but hold your breathYou just continue cleaning, while Tonks started to ramble about Remus when you felt sick again. In a matter of seconds, you ran into the bathroom. You were already hanging over the toilet when you heard your friend's footsteps. "Is everything okay?" Tonks asked, placing a hand on your bed. When you threw up again, she whispered again, "I guess not."
Because tonight will be the night that I will fall for you
Over again
Don't make me change my mind
I won't live to see another day
I swear it's true
Because a girl like you is impossible to find
It's impossible to findSlowly, you turned around, after flushing the toilet. "Do you need a glass of water?" Tonks asked and you nodded. Your throat was burning. She ran down the stairs, sometimes you could hear her crash against something, and came back with a glass of water. You wasted no second to gulp it all down. The burning erased, but there was still a bit of pain left. You were aware of Tonks' eyes burning through your skull. Like she was expecting an answer from you. You took a deep breath.
So breathe in so deep
Breathe me in
I'm yours to keep
And hold onto your words
'Cause talk is cheap
And remember me tonight when you're asleep"I have been feeling sick a lot lately. It is probably just the flu or something like that." Those words made her frown. "Are you sure? This long?" She asked and you tried to stand up with shaking legs. Tonks' moved her arms around you and supported you when you were on your two legs again. "Maybe you are pregnant?" Your legs almost buckled beneath you, as she said that. You opened your mouth to argue, but you closed it again. It could be true, but you did not want to admit it. All those years, you wanted to be pregnant, but you were now in the mid-thirties and a war was coming. You did not want your child to grow up in a world like that. After taking a Muggle Pregnancy test, which however Tonks had, you knew the truth. You were pregnant with Sirius' child. You were sitting on your bed, waiting for your husband to come home. With a bang, the door was ripped open and he threw himself on the bed, beside you.
Because tonight will be the night that I will fall for you
Over again
Don't make me change my mind
I won't live to see another day
I swear it's true
Because a girl like you is impossible to find"I may have done nothing physically, but screaming at Kreacher did make me tired." You chuckled and moved your hand through his long, and beautiful, hair. "I am happy that you were still able to come upstairs." He smirked at you and laid his head on your lap. "I would never miss the chance to sleep next to you." There was a comfortable silence for Sirius, but for you, it was kind of uncomfortable. You cleared your throat before letting go of his hair. "Sirius?" He hummed, allowing you to continue, "There is something I need to tell you." Sirius moved up, so you both were at the same height. "What is it, love?" You paused for a second, thinking if you maybe should change your decision. You decided against it. "I am pregnant." His jaw dropped, so you feared that he did not want it, but he threw his arms around you. While tightened the embrace, he whispered in your ear, "I fall for you every day a little more, and now I am falling in love with our child as well."
Tonight will be the night that I will fall for you
Over again
Don't make me change my mind
I won't live to see another day
I swear it's true
Because a girl like you is impossible to find
You're impossible to findThe next morning, Sirius told you to stay in bed and relax. He kissed your forehead before leaving the room. You were so exhausted, that you drifted in and out of sleep. It was late when you heard crying and yelling downstairs. With hesitation, you went down. When you opened the door for the kitchen, you saw almost every member, including Harry, Hermione, and Ron, sitting there. Crying. But someone was missing. "Where is Sirius?"
