Trick or Treat - Remus

To no one's surprise, Halloween was the Marauder's favourite day of the year. Not only they could pull terrifying pranks, but also eat as many candies as they wanted to. After the delicious dinner, James, Sirius, Remus, and Peter went to their dorm to change into their costumes. There was a big party planned in the Gryffindor common room, but the friends planned something else before they would crash the party. Along with Lily Evans, Marlene McKinnon, and Y/N Y/L/N, the group would knock on the doors of their professor's dorms.

While Muggle music filled the room, the three girls giggled as they threw on their costumes. Lily was clothed like a Hippie, while Marlene was a witch. How original. Y/N, on the other hand, was disguised as Red Riding Hood. She thought it would be funny, since her boyfriend, Remus Lupin, was not only a werewolf in real life but also one for Helloween. Another original costume, right?

"Even if I would rather go only to the party, I am kinda excited," Marlene said as she put some lipstick on. "So, since we know that Remus will be a werewolf, do we know the costumes of the other ones?" Lily asked her friends while sitting on her bed. Marlene shrugged her shoulders while Y/N shook her head. "Probably something hilarious," Y/N said. Oh, it was hilarious when they walked down to the common room and saw the four boys.

Peter was a huge pumpkin, wearing it like a dress and a little orange hat on the top of his head. Sirius was dressed as a vampire, making hissing noises as he hid his face behind his sleeve. James was a pirate, with an eyepatch and a plushie parrot on his shoulder. At least, but not last, Remus as a werewolf. It was, even funnier for Y/N and his other three friends since they knew the truth.

James walked towards Lily and winked, "Like it, Evans?" Lily shook her head but grinned as she kissed his cheek. Sirius began to flirt with Marlene and Remus went over to his girlfriend while Peter just stood there. Hoping another girl would come down the stairs to talk with him, unsuccessfully.

Remus smiled at his girlfriend, before kissing the crown of her head softly. Y/N returned the smile and went with her hand through his fur costume. "I have to stop myself from laughing and kissing you at the same time," she admitted. He laughed, looking down at her costume, "Be careful. I would love to eat you." As they realized what he said, both of them grew red. "You can make out later!" Sirius yelled, "We have some teachers to annoy." With that, the group walked out of the portrait hole to trick and treat.

With giggles and laughter, the group walked back from their little tour. It was a true success, and funny at the top. Some teacher already had been asleep, looking like zombies. The teenagers didn't want to admit it, but they got scared for a moment. Especially Peter, who James had to calm down with some Sherbet lemons, Professor Dumbledore gave them.

Before they went back inside the common room, they made it themselves comfortable at the stairs. "It was the best Halloween, I ever had," James said, letting some Gummy Worms drop into his mouth. "Sad it's our last Halloween at Hogwarts," he continued and smiled down at Lily, who placed her head down on his shoulder. They all smiled sadly at each other. "I will not miss Minnie screaming at us for interrupting her sleep," Sirius made a face but laughed. They laughed along while eating their sweets.

After sharing more stories, they stood up and walked towards the common room, but Remus stopped his girlfriend. Lily looked at them with confusion. He signalized her that he wanted a moment alone with his girlfriend. She nodded before following her boyfriend and her friends. Y/N raised an eyebrow at him, "And? Are you going to eat me now?" He laughed and had a huge grin on his face. "I know something so much better," he told her, before pulling her down for a deep and loving kiss.
